This place has very high turnover. Management sets quarterly goals and doesn't provide the tools to assist workers in reaching those goals. There's too much personality, and not enough leadership at the company. 

Typical day at work: Start the day off with a meeting on where everyone is at with candidates. Go back to desk and market/recruit candidates from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Towards the end of the day be told that we're not working hard enough, or that we need to do more, or leadership tell us what we're doing wrong instead of positive encouragement. 

What I learned: this place is good for a new grad to get their feet wet. NOTHING ELSE. Also learned that a small company like this doesn't care about their workers just the dollar signs. FYI...without quality, the quantity won't come. 

Management: Need new leader who are willing to help. Sales manager and lead recruiter spend most of their day on social media and non-work related websites only to get irritated and annoyed when people ask for help.

Co-workers are pretty decent. 

Hardest part of the job is figuring out what the heck management wants and how to get it if no one is helping out. 

Nothing enjoyable about the job, really. It was an 8-6 job. 

Do not apply here if you are already established as a professional. Two individuals (not the owners) have pretty much been running the company and running people out of the office. Management does nothing about it because these 2 individuals "bring in the money", even though they are rude to clients and candidates. P.S. This company also has a problem paying out bonuses. Instead of paying out bonuses monthly (like the contract states), employees have to wait MONTHS for their payouts.

Not a fair, fun, work place. Doesn't seem to comply with EEO, the ratio of Hindu ethnicity 90% supersedes any race. This Company favors their own. Majority of the IT employees were from India. I experienced mistreatment being a female of different race. They are rude, speaks their Indian language in front of me or others that don't understand what they're talking about. Women are expected to be subservient, they dislike strong, outspoken women. My direct director gave me a hard time from day one with anything I do, he doesn't communicate well, nor provide policies nor protocol and yet he's very demanding and bossy. The male coworker in India are quite arrogant and very rude in communication just like the male director. The director of the IT Epic hospital revenue system has no interpersonal skills and a very prejudice person. I don't recommend this company. This explains why most of their employees were sponsored from India that has expressed their disappointment with the company and management. This company is a one-way-minded leadership. They don't take suggestions well.

Management not taking the time to hear you out - did not aporeciate feed back

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor environment, Coworkers not aporeciated, many bad things were ignored from some when others were very closed watched it was intoxicating. Very unfair and allit if favoritizm

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very stressful because no matter how well you did it's how you were not given no good remarks only bad. There was something very strange they did what they wanted becasuse they had total cobtrol they knew they could get away with it. Hate to say but its absolutely the truth 100%

Management here is a complete joke! You only advance if you know someone. They allow people who have no experience in a department become a department head. Staff has to train managers due to their lack of knowledge. This company is CHEAP! They will do anything to save a penny. Co-workers are always calling in and management does not call in people to work nor does management come help if needed. They do not care about their employees, you are just a body in a spot. 

 The upside is benefits are free for yourself, copays are low and procedures are free. I've learned that education and a good work ethic gets you no where in this company. You have to become best friends with someone in order to advance.

While at this job I interact with many patient's through out my day. I am the first welcoming face they see at the front window. Although my day is often very busy I still find time to enjoy myself while catching up with patient's or enjoying my coworkers company. I have learned a lot of medical terminology and have gained a lot knowledge on medications because of my position at this company. The hardest part of my job is having to see people suffering that have a disease or illness that I cannot cure. The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to see the new born babies grow up as they come to my office just five days old and stay there long term.

This company is a small firm that is very set in their ways.  They rely on a recruiter to carry the company despite that recruiter treating everyone poorly.  Systems are old and outdated and marketing strategies rarely change.  Bonuses which are supposed to be paid monthly can get delayed for no reason.  If you are content to work for a small company with no growth opportunity than this place is ok.  However, if you have an opinion don't expect any idea to be given serious consideration.  They are very content with where they are at despite the owner saying otherwise.

A typical day at work is very unpredictable, this can include calls from other techs to Doctors having issues with a medical device. My work never has a dull moment. Working at Prime Healthcare Service has allowed me to grow tremendously in my IT career. With that said, this is due to my co-workers and management staff to allow me to grow and broaden my horizon in the IT Healthcare Field. Unfortunately, due to the high paced work place time management can be a daily struggle. But the most enjoyable part of my job, is being able to assist the patient staff in correcting whatever needs to be done to assist the patient.

I worked there for 3 years and many employees have complained about the lack of structure with the HR department and nothing ever done. They give you minimal training, management is not hands on and very unfriendly. They have hired and fired a lot of people and continue to do so. They are supposed to be an equal opportunity company but their are people being hired or promoted with out the job being posted for all to apply. They seem to hire and promote a lot of their family or people from their country.

It's 7-5 hours  job. Everyday a technician must be moving in the hospital with engineers. I learn good things technical training. I know how to use what I learned to apply to everything there. I was always working for the lead and workplace was really nice. The hardest part of  the jobs are in process of learning and applying them to solve problems. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with great people. 

Typical day at work - working account determined not collectible at the facility doing necessary appeals and follow up for payment. 

The office is collecting in an environment for various states and laws to learn.

Working on difficult accounts appealing non notifications, timely filing of claims and appeals.

Enjoy working with many different types of people.

Hardest part of job - system issues and access issues at times making job difficult at times.

Best part of job - when the claim you worked on processes for payment!
