Co workers were great but that’s about it

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They don’t hire enough staff to complete workloads. Management is always letting you know that you are replaceable. They provide little to no training (admin positions) or help with difficult situations. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They were sold to an equity firm and the culture tanked. admin is constantly crapped on and all awards go to the sales team because they are “more important” CEOs words to us in a meeting… they use to be a fun company but no longer.  The departments have an us vs them mentality which leads to delays and poor collaboration and communication. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Dealing with high stress situations usually CEOs of other companies who think they are better than you. Unrealistic deadlines using software they don’t know how to utilize and provided no training on. Communication between departments is nonexistent and the cause for most issues and delays.

They allow people to be bullied, more focused on money than employee happiness, unprofessional HR, petty and everyone is more interested in gossip than what should really matter. If you work on the weekends don't expect overtime because they pay you a salary to avoid that! People have been attacked on their party buses & they allow it but if you even think about trying to find another job you might get fired or HR will allow you to be bullied out. Rules are always changing - there is no consistency there. The support staff is there for the money makers in the company & cool they'll let you get your nails done as a thank you instead of fixing the problems- that's just slapping a bandaid on it & thinking it'll go away. Big promises - little action! Horrible atmosphere & travelers - they only care about making money off of you also! I used to enjoy this company when the owners truly ran it, but now it's a complete joke! Should be called Prime Time HIGH SCHOOL not health care because with all the drama there it felt WORSE than high school!

I worked at Prime Time Healthcare for 5+ years and was unexpectedly laid off. The hardest part wasn’t the layoff itself—it was the lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. We were told numerous times that lay offs were not expected. Some of the companies longest employed supervisors and team members were let go, instead of newer, lower producing people. There is no reward for loyalty. Once we were let go, trying to reach HR or any other management was near impossible. 

Expectations change quickly, and there wasn’t much clarity about long-term stability or support for employees.
The team had some great people, but overall the experience left me feeling undervalued and replaceable. I would encourage anyone considering employment here to ask detailed questions about job security, communication expectations, and how staffing decisions are made.

I hope the company improves how they handle employees during difficult transitions.

Prime Time Healthcare provides Healthcare travelers with opportunities unprecedented in the years past. They are dedicated to the highest level of customer services, providing each travel with a 24/7 access to their recruiter. Their pay packages are extremely competitive and at the highest level for travelers in their respective field of experience. I would highly recommend this company to any traveler based on the additional convenience benefits provided to them, many that are not offered by other competitors. This includes housing provided, or a stipend if that is the desire, car rental set up, insurance, 401K and individualized pay packages.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Weekly paychecks. But they typically will be wrong, especially bonus week. Tragic billing. They bill facilities wrong and pay employees wrong. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Spend 2 weeks of each month trying to figure out how and why payroll and billing can’t figure out how to pay employees correctly. Excise after excise. Zero accountability. They will never pay you correctly. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
0/10 would not recommend. They promote a very unhealthy Nd toxic environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Making phone calls and listening a toxic environment.

Before the company was sold, it was pleasant. Soon staffing needs died out, new company acquired them and despite reassurance things would remain the same, things slowly changed. Less employee appreciation/small company benefits, more grind. No real benefits and everyone is salary yet you still have to clock in and out. Basically a way to avoid paying people overtime because you’re never really done working after 40 hrs. Some managers are cool and help with concerns brought up, most not so much. Poor communication, poor training 

What is the best part of working at the company?
My recruiter was quick to answer the phone. They took care of everything I needed taken care of.. they even paid for my flight.. plus the perks.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some of the contracts. Weren’t very good., and if you want to leave them, you have to have a very good reason.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I don’t know. I was a contract employee.. my recruiter was the bomb

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go to work go home., wherever Home is at the time, when the contract is close to closing, and then I call them up and extended or call them up and ask for another one

There are so many healthcare recruiting agencies now and even the best ones are having a difficult time obtaining and keeping contracts with facilities. Travel jobs are becoming increasingly hard to find. Furthermore, it is also becoming difficult to find healthcare professionals that are willing to travel for "post-covid" rates. Prime Time did little to acknowledge these factors and continued to push and ride people on the sales floor to meet goals that just aren't as attainable as they were during the pandemic. 

Prime Time Healthcare took a chance when they hired me, and I want to do this company proud when I conduct business in their name.  They seem to care about their employees, both internal and travelers.  They have the knowledge and experience to make things go smoothly and the sense of fun to realize that work shouldn't feel like work.  If you're still reading this far, then you'll enjoy the next part.  Working here kind of reminds me of the old cereal commercial that talked about how the adult side liked the nutrition (work, in this example), but the kid side liked the frosting (fun).  You might need to be a little older to get the reference.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They do provide rental cars. And the stipend is higher than some of the other companies

Doesn’t have many openings. Need more counties in the states

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Some of the recruiters this is what I hear from other travelers that I’m the recruiters won’t respond it be weeks before they respond, and never is told when they have switched their recruiter because the recruiter quit, and a recruiter doesn’t stand up for them

I’m just a traveler I’m not at the company
