What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part of working there was the management culture. Leadership lacked empathy and did not provide support or recognition for staff who were doing their jobs well. Feedback was almost exclusively negative and focused on reprimands rather than growth or encouragement. Communication was poor, as management rarely spoke directly with staff and instead relied on impersonal emails rather than face-to-face conversations. There were no regular staff meetings or opportunities for open dialogue. The manager was unapproachable and difficult to work with, which made it uncomfortable to raise concerns or ask for support. Employees were expected to maintain a constant, unrealistic pace, often feeling treated more like machines than people. This environment led to ongoing stress and burnout.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There was no positive workplace culture. There was no clear mission, no values being practiced, and no just culture in place. Supervisors and staff regularly talked about other employees, including those who no longer worked there, which was petty and unprofessional. This behavior created a negative, toxic environment rather than one built on respect or teamwork.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock in and begin working… your times in your bathroom breaks and your just a person in a chair if you chat to your just a person in the chair

This company has absolutely NO APPRECIATION for their employees.  They treat us all like robots and care nothing for the employees work life balance. They set every employee up for failure and treat them in a very demeaning manner. Recently, a consulting company was brought in to try and address the terrible employee morale.  After spending a fortune on this consultant, they only improvement was to bring an ice cream truck one day. Meanwhile, no one has been given a significant raise in a decade! Now, employees are informed the very expensive terrible insurance will become even more expensive for employees. I mean a significant raise in premiums for the worst insurance.  Even the highest tier of insurance only pays 70% with the employee being responsible for 30% plus an enormous family deductible. I can barely afford to cover my family with this sub standard insurance. Now it’s increasing and employees are expected to just deal with it. The management and doctors  care NOTHING about the staff. They fire people for the most minor of infractions and the turnover rate from dissatisfied and frustrated workers should be alarming to the managers as well as doctors. Unhappy and under appreciated employees mean poor patient satisfaction! The money they spent on the consultants would have been better served given us a raise to pay for the recent INCREASE in cost for our terrible health insurance.

I will say at first it is very nice. They will come to you with open arms and will seem very helpful. Others, I can say intentions are not so thoughtful. You can tell who's worked
here for years, those are the people that will either look out for you or be very condescending. Then you have the ones
who will try to help you but yet pray on your downfall. Not all of the staff is horrible, there’s  some of the sweetest people I've ever met here. Management may care for you only if your in their rank of favorites. They don't care if you
do your job great or well, you're not getting a raise until your 2 years in. However, when the team work is needed SOMETIMES it's a good environment. No friendships here, only grown women who will smile in your face but talk about you the next second. That's literal. Depending how you feel about your environments, this would be considered a toxic one. Unless you put on a fake stunt that you love everyone here, you're on your own. Good luck.

The training process is CUT THROAT. You need to take home your training and study or else you will be let go instantly! I personally love the challenge...but most think it's an easy call center job. BE PREPARED for school again with note cards and sticky notes.Once acclimated, the system is easy to navigate. Workplace is kind of cliquey. As long as you stay to yourself and be respectful, you'll be fine. Stay low and do your job. No real advancement here unless you plan to be a technician...which you'll be close because you'll know all the procedures in an out. 
This is not a remote job!
Computers are also outdated and slow. 

I strongly encourage this company to stop doing the blame-game technique and take time to train their new employees more sufficiently. Come together to figure out the basic issues so the turn-over isn’t so bad. For example, "I know that there have been [problems] recently. I think that, instead of blaming [person or thing], we should, as a team, look at our communication issues and problem-solve from there." This would be a much more helpful strategy. Training your new employees is such an important part of the process.

Management and HR are best friends therefore no one has your back. They disrespect you constantly, treat you unfairly, are all very unprofessional, and miserable. They make up rules everyday as time goes. Extreme and intense money hungry company. I highly do not recommend working here and especially not being a patient here either. I have years of experience at other facilities and this one by far is the only absolute worst. All of New Jersey has heard of how bad Princeton Radiology is, ask anyone. 

This is by far the MOST toxic work environment I have ever worked in and I have been working in healthcare for 17 years. Employees are treated terribly and the work environment is consistently hostile.  The only thing I learned at this job was that this company cares more about metrics than the quality of your work.  Work/life balance is non existent and employee appreciation is scarce.  I highly discourage anyone from working here. I guarantee you - you’re skills are to good for what they have to offer.

You work your butt off and even take on addtl jobs and don’t get a little compensation for it. Certain HR ppl would rather look down at you and talk to you like a child and have massive attitude (one in particular) instead of seeing all the good you do, they have to realize that outside of work we  are all on the same level. They keep letting ppl go for the littlest and dumbest things to make a point and make ppl fear them (which nobody does). We are the ones that keep this company going and need to be appreciated.

This once was a great company to work for but not anymore! Under new management the last several years has made it go way down hill. Human resource person is a tyrant and the diagnostic manager does nothing to help the techs.  Her emails sound like she is yelling at us. No support at all!  Not permitted to socialize anytime with the radiologist. Super sad to see the company go way down hill.
