Kind of an unorganized company, but nothing horrible. Some employees unwilling to carry their fair share of the work load but mostly an overall positive experience.

I was able to expand my knowledge there. Learn how the warehouse runs and the process. I was the manager's assistant, when she was unavailable I would complete her duties. Talking to the customer, placing orders and going to the warehouse and completing it myself.

I learned a lot in a new position and had a lot of help from other people in my department. A great team environment.

The controller was great to work with and created a good team environment with regular communication, etc.

It started out well, but like most companies after years of bad decisions from poor leadership, the company was forced to restructure.  That meant throwing the baby out with the bathwater...

It's a frat party culture. Two brothers own the company and they don't have a clue! It's all about who you know and what dirt you know on them.  Unless you are a "yes" man, don't expect to go anywhere with this company. Glad to be gone.

Culture and employee experience are carefully curated. Office politics are minimal and out of work events are frequent and fun. Hard work is expected and the standards are high but employees are supported in producing such. 

Enjoyed being a part of a dynamic team.  Great benefits, flexible working hours, timely reviews and yearly merit increases depending on performance.  

Directed day-to-day operations of a distribution facility. Picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, assembly and employee training.

Progressive Components is very family orientated with a good culture. They take a great deal of time to work thru the development and review process on an annual basis.
