They do not micromanage. I am given the freedom to do my job. They are there if I need them.

I offer technical support to the company that I am contracted with.

After working here for two years, I can confidently say that few - if any - workplaces can compare. The leadership team is smart, inspiring, and compassionate. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very open and engaging. Ease of communication and being heard is super easy.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Worked remotely. Typical day was logging in to the employer site and working.

Learned how to access and collect shipping docs from carriers portals, a better understanding of what they represented and how to read them. 
Management was minimal for me, we all worked as a team.

I would say that this company has a great balance of providing great qualified employee's to employers and vice-versa. I have constant communication with my recruiter and I am treated with respect.

Enjoyed my time working here. Had a lot of responsibilities but they allowed ownership over them which was nice. Many diverse clients, making the work always new and interesting. Close friendly feeling environment.
