Managers play a lot of favorites, they don’t really care about your success as much as that you do things the way they want them done, if one of their favorites does things well then they get a lot of praise and recognition vs when someone they don’t like does well they just ignore it. There is no training so you’re thrown into it and you either sink or swim and when you’re failing they just do things to make you fail more until they eventually fire you. I wasn’t there long and they barely gave me a chance. They don’t actually give you any tips or advice that help you because the management don’t even know what they’re doing half the time themselves. They will change rules on a dime and then change things back a week later and expect you to have been doing things the other way. Just avoid unless you’re desperate 

No one really writes a review if they had a pleasant experience, but if things didn't go the way you liked, you are more likely to write a review so that you can "give them a piece of your mind." I am writing this review because I truly love working for Provenir Healthcare. My time with Provenir has been wonderful from day one. The Senior Team has always been helpful and supportive and I feel valued and respected. There are many opportunities to learn and gain new knowledge, as this field is ever changing. I have never had anyone micromange me because I have never needed to be micromanaged. I have always worked to my greatest potential, building long lasting relationships with clients and partners and successfully producing. I just can't say enough about my time with Provenir Healthcare :)

Provenir Healthcare is a physician staffing and recruitment firm that seeks to "nurture compassionate people in order to provide superior care." It is comprised of an exceptional Senior Staff with years of experience in the industry. It is a family oriented environment, but is highly performance based, and therefor the turnover rate for recruiters is relatively high. It  is a fun place to work with wonderful amounts of support from the Senior Administrative team, however there is little room for advancement in any area within the company.

Management, or should I say, the two owners, have no idea how to run a company.  If you want a place for less than a year, this is your place.  Because the owner is so inept, she completely changes the entire company goals and game plan every couple months to the point no one knows who is coming or going. On that note, turnover in 1 year was 70% which they claim is because of the business.  The recruiters aren't the ones turning over, it is everyone else.

Here the managers are the best from the CEO, COO and CFO, the coworkers are awesome from sourcers, recruiters, IT and maintenance are fun to work with. Here you're family! 

You are expected to work and work hard, physician and nursing recruiting isn't for the faint of heart. You truly get put what you put in and the bonus rewards are incredible. 

If you're tough and love a challenge Provenir is for you!

Don’t waste your time with this company. They offer great benefits but working for people that don’t support you or have you in their best interest is not the place you want to be. There is a lot of favoritism and not a lot of cultural diversity within the company. There seems to be very high turnover and I can only assume it’s from from things mentioned as well as much more. 

If you are being recruited into a BDM position just apply elsewhere because you will end up getting fired or quitting before a year of employment. Managers don’t trust you enough to do your own job so expect lots of micromanagement. I would not recommend this job to any of my friends or family. 

If it is a nursing job you are looking for extra money on the side then I recommend this place highly. But if it is job security you are looking for then you might want to let them know that from the start.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Absolutely nothing. I loved them 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Same as all surgery centers .
