Free lunches are very nice. 
Health insurance benefits are cheap for employee only, but if you need to carry anyone or your family - they are very unaffordable.
The workload amongst the staff was unbalanced. Some billers only had one or two payers, while others have three major payers plus any that paid under those major payers.
My manager was supportive in the beginning of my time there. Training was minimal - one other biller is the "go-to" for any and all questions. 
The atmosphere could be catty and unprofessional behaviors made it feel like highschool at times. 
There are a few people that report your doings to the manager so these things, whether true or not, come up in your one on ones. Example: I was accused of talking on a Friday when I was off, as was the manager.  
When I put in a future request to leave 30 mins early for medical reasons, I was told that I was "taking a lot of time off lately".
During a staff meeting, side conversations broke out on a few occasions and during one of these times, the manager called me out alone, though everyone was talking, and scolded me saying it was rude of me and disruptive to the presentation.
In closing...outside of the health insurance benefits, the job had the potential to be a good fit - but the manager made it miserable.

I have been with PAR for a long time. I feel that the company is all about seeing as any patients as possible with very little time to get your work done. In the past we used to have more time to spend with our patients and working on all of the hundreds of other things that is needed to maintain your patient’s health. There is no work life balance. You have to use your PTO for everything. It’s hard to do stuff just on the weekends. There is major favoritism the rules are are changed weekly. For example, we were told we could not work from home anymore however, favored employees get to work from home as well as management. There is always so many things to do. And no downtime to do it did I mention that the pay is horrible compared to other clinics? The pros are the frequent lunches ( well if you can get in there quick enough before everyone else eats at all) the doctors are wonderful.  It really has so much potential to be such a better clinic, starting with recognizing your top employees and compensating them for their value and worth. 

I learned a great deal from this company. The providers and MA’s are awesome. The down side to working with this company is there’s no job security, Practice Manager shows an immense amount of favoritism and is not a very good listener. As a float, you are made to work in other departments at very short notice and without knowledge or proper training just to fill a seat for that day. If you are not a favorite it’s apparent and you are not granted the same opportunities as someone who she well likes. All in all, it’s a great company. All the providers are more than happy to educate you and help you when asked. I love the CEO, she is always jolly and smiling and greets EVERYONE which is more than what I can say for the practice manager as well as her manager.

I made a huge career change when I came to PAR.  They made the change so easy. Everyone was welcoming and before I knew it, I was part of an amazing family.  They give you encouragement and opportunities to learn and grow with in the company. I started as a Patient Care Representative and was given the opportunity to become a Medical Assistant.  I love it so much here when we had an opening I immediately told my friend to apply.  Now we are both loving our jobs and the time we have with our wonderful work family.  I would recommend PAR to anyone.  PAR is a wonderful place to work but let’s not forget the amazing medical team who not only love their patients but also love and care for their staff.

I was intending to leave but was fired before I could resign. Getting fired was a BLESSING!!! Management made up LIES LIES LIES about why I was being let go. Never had any feed back unless I asked directly and was always told by coworkers and providers how well I was doing. The front office staff is extremely loud and unprofessional . Work environment was cluttered and very small. Boss was biased to other workers which made it incredibly difficult to come to work daily . The best part of the job was the day I was fired.  Did not fit in at all. Management was/is inexperienced, horrible communication and feedback . Back stabbing co workers.

This company is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is reliable, serious on success and growing with a company.   Absolutely no one in the area can touch their benefits.  Especially health  insurance premiums and 401k contributions!!!  They are fair with Starting salaries, and quick to reward if you prove yourself as a hard worker.  Don't bother if your a cakewalk, something for nothing  kind of person.   This place really cares about its people and patients!

Very poor management.  All of the managers and HR are best friends, so there is NO OPEN DOOR POLICY.  Anything you talked to HR about went right back to your manager and nothing was ever done, but if you are not on your managers buddy list then she can tell whatever lies about you to get you fired so that she can get her friends hired.  Very stressful place to work that it will literally make you sick.  A lot of gossiping and bullying by managers and HR.  Lack of respect for employees that have given years of their life to this company.  If only the doctors knew.

The paid time off is the only good thing about working there.

The company doesn’t pay well at all and they expect you to do a ton of work that there is not enough time for in the day.

Like a high school click full of drama and fake people that are too old to be acting so childish.

It’s extremely busy for some but for others if you like to suck up to management.

The staff from all departments are very helpful within the facility,  engaging in the daily flow of operations and information.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I didn't notice any stress issues.

The facility is very inviting with safety precautions posted for reassurance for all.

Pleasant staff demeanor as well as keeping Patients concerns priority and satisfied.

The employees made the job worth it.

The management was terrible and clearly lacked the training  and education needed to manage others. Everyone partied with each other so the work environment was unprofessional.

Toxic and in desperate need of third party intervention.

I made sure medical assistants safely did there jobs.
