What is the best part of working at the company?
There is not a best part to describe about qualifacts. I worked for credible Inc., before qualifacts bought them out, once qualifacts became owners, the training and dynamic went down hill. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There was not adequate training. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
With the overseas employees, there is a language barrier and lack of full understanding of billing processes. It was difficult having to repeat the training and double work to correct a lot of mistakes. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I oversaw 10 accounts and the providers were frustrated with the amounts of incorrect billing and posting done to their accounts. This was key as they needed to get paid for their services from the insurance. A lot of double work was done on a daily basis.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Employee benefits package as a whole was great.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working at Qualifacts was stressful as a whole on a daily basis due to incompetent leadership.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
My position was remote.  I wasn’t in the office.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working daily deliverables in a timely manner.

They give customers to people with no training and no supervisor or lead available for help. Many jobs were outsourced to India and some displaced employees were just placed in Account Manager positions they have no experience with and they hate. In my opinion, there are entirely too many customers and not enough employees. Those they do have are not comfortable with their level of training. I don't fit there, I need to feel good about the job I did at the end of the day.

In hindsight, I have realized how awful of an experience it was to work here. I was too young and inexperienced when I started to understand this at the time. There were a few great people but overall, the leadership team was a mess and management was terrible. Leadership had a total lack of understanding of what it takes to complete projects and we were continually set up to fail based on the amount of work and time allotted to complete it.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Flexibility of remote, team mates are nice and everyone is trying to help the customer

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
every department is understaffed, mission is not focused on customer, teams are too busy to make critical changes - additional staff and changes are driven by budgets.

Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to grow their career.  The leadership team is very engaged with the employees.  Plus, every quarter there is an amazing team event that is pulled together by a entertainment team.  Awesome company!

Great team spirit and collaboration culture. Very laid back culture that promotes individualism and input. Management staff access is great and they are active in the growth of the team.

Bad character and leadership level. Lack attention to detail and vision to compete in a competitive market!  Need to restructure to align the organizations! Remove the managers of the analysis area. Pay salaries of market value. Improve the culture in leadership roles.
