Like the title the job is practically a gamble. You're a debt collector and they try to boost your confidence the best you can but at the end of the first month or 2 if they don't like what you've collected from them they'll just give you the boot. They care more about numbers than the employees and what they go through during the job. You can either get lucky and make good numbers, or you can get unlucky and get fired because people dont wanna pay their debts.  If you're going to work here, just be on the lookout for more jobs if you haven't collected 2-4k within 2 weeks.  Coworkers can also be a setback, and they like to coach new hires nearly every day, so be used to that.

For the most part the enviroment and the management are the biggest pros for this job. They want you to succeed and will do anything to help you. As an office it is more like coming to a place where you look at your coworkers as friends and family. Not much bad to say about the job other than the hourly pay rate, but you quickly overlook that once you start bringing home a MONTHLY bonus check that very easily could be 2,000-4,000+. Another huge pro for me at the job is off on the weekends.. Mon-Fri (9am-6pm).. can't beat that.

I couldn’t be happier to work for such a amazing group. I currently work in the Charlotte office and love my job! This company has many opportunities if you put forth the effort, I have worked for other call centers and NEVER got treated as good as this location. They truly care about their employees and wanna see you do great! If you are coachable and willing to put 150% into this job it’s a great place to work! (Charlotte location employee) 

Prior to starting this career, I was down and out.. my first month I bonused and bought a new car, by my third month I moved into my first apartment. I now own my house, car and have provided a secure life for my family. Be coachable and take the feedback, management will help you succeed with your goals. Monday through Friday 9-6 two breaks paid and an hour lunch. Contests weekly provides a fun and incentivized environment. 

If you have any ounce of a life going on outside of work, don't work here. I made a pretty big bonus my first two months there, but it is a serious GRIND. Back-to-back phone calls all day long, except on break. It is your average call center experience. Production-based. Your calls are timed and recorded. You have to have a daily average of calls taken and calls made. Very stressful.

The job was a  “compliance officer of the state” doesn’t matter what state you’re calling your compliance officer apparently in that state, which is weird and you were we’re also told to be given a fake name to make these calls. The whole thing just seemed very sketchy. The pay hourly is terrible. Started at 13 an hour and as anyone living in this economy that’s not going to cut it. 

Working for this company has been an amazing experience. The leadership truly values its employees and creates a supportive, team-oriented environment. Communication is clear, growth opportunities are encouraged, and hard work never goes unnoticed. The company genuinely cares about both its customers and staff, which makes it easy to take pride in the work we do every day. I’m grateful to be part of such a positive and forward-thinking organization!


Bad management in the company they will only pay you 11 dollar and u would have to wait months to bonus in the company cause the slow of work and they area collection company trying to call people about payday loans all women team who don't support man in there work environment and the people are not nice and easy going bad experience over all 

Do not apply if you have any kind of disability, visible or not. If you have dependants that still fully rely on you and only you, apply else where.

It's a grind and they will make you grind harder. They only offered the minimum $11 and the job is not going to be able to pay bills for the first month or two, maybe even three unless you can survive on $11 and hour, no overtime. 

Everyone is very supportive of one another, and it is highly encouraged to move as a team. Lots of opportunities to grow professionally. Management often challenges employees in the best way to ensure constant growth.
