When I started working for Radiance in 2008, the business was losing a great deal of customers and income. I changed how everything was done. I cleaned up old protocols, brought in new staff, cultivated client retention and reward programs. I increased revenue over 20% each year I was employed there.

The business became so efficient, my job was eliminated. I look at the experience as a total success story. I am searching for another company to assist with my proven strategies.

Working at Radiance med spa, was like going back to school, the owner doesn't really care about you or your family life outside of work and micro manages everything and if you don't do things exactly how they do things there you get talked to like your job is on the line, constantly trying to prove yourself and your talent and also pits the front desk staff against service providers when it comes to earning commission on sales.

Formal training and the only place that will train you for aestheic. The boss tries to make money off you and no employee perks, only 50% off products. They will change your schedule on you with out your permission and tell you that's your scheudule. The employees there are okay, alot of gossip even though the longest employee there has been there for 2 years and high turnover rate. 

Very nice place to work at just need a few imporvment. Staff very friendly and knowledgable with procedures that are preformed in spa. There was not really a hard part to the job besides always having to keep track with who is ordering supplies. Most enjoyable would have to be the patients some were very nice with a great perssonality.

-pros: training, decent money
-cons: work environment is stressful, unorganized, poor management, no benefits as far as PTO, sick, holiday. The owner is very up and down with how she treats employees. One day you are a favorite the next day  you are not. They do not follow state board requirements. Mental health is not valued at all. Constant turn over with staff. 

I cam’t say enough good things about this place. The owner is the kindest and best boss i could ever ask for.  This place is like family to me.  I had to leave because of my husbands job.  I would never leave that place.  The best place i ever worked.  

One of the most enjoyable jobs I have ever had. I would highly recommend to anybody interested. My typical work day consisted of meeting clients and taking messages. Also, making appointments for clients

Greet clients, 

check schedules, 
put data into the system, 
check the inventory of products, 
order products, 
explain clients about products and benefits

In the main the staff there are lovely but management does not have its act together.

Decisions are made and then discarded on a whim and without discussion, making it difficult to trust or believe anything that is said to you.

I worked for Radiance MedSpa for about a year and have nothing but good things to say about the owner and the rest of the people I worked with and customers I encountered on day to day basis
