A typical day is 9 hours one of those is an hour for lunch which is great. We use two monitors and half a dozen pieces of software to track clients/members/sales/productivity all easy to use once you fumble around with it; there's not really any proper training, you just learn as you go and you have your supervisor or team lead to ask if they aren't too busy. That is annoying but the hourly is really good considering most of us didn't have a ton of experience. The management does care about the company progress #1 and therefore they care that you have a fair shot at doing well too because they will do well. RQD will try to get you the help you need when you don't understand how to help the member/client. Management is kind overall I can't really say I've ever had better in this industry. The hardest part of the job is there's really not proper training, but you can learn as you go along and that is kind of fun. Managment provides food during OEP. They really are nice folks, and everyone is pretty easy to get along with no matter what walk of life you come from. Just don't expect to stay if you're lazy. The commissions are not that high because you are at $28 hr on your one-year anniversary. That is awesome. Expect to work hard because it is a JOB :-)

Good base salary and benefits start day 1 (they pay some, you pay the rest).  Training is two weeks and then your on the phones.  Managers could spend some more time with you when you hit the phones.  There are no screeners so you handle every call and have to determine if theres a sales opp there or not.  They're growing so I've seen 2 promotions in the last month I've been here.  You need to show production in the first month or so otherwise it doesn't work out.  But if you do and you get past that, seems like you're good.  QA and Compliance are big here and if they catch you doing something, you're gone.  I sit next to some cool people and they provide some lunches and there is a gym and cafeteria on-site.

Ill Start with the only pro the hourly. Started at 25 but was later dropped to 23 wasn't bad. However no Health insurance sales rep worth their salt cares about hourly what we look at is commissions in my 4 months there they changed the commission structure 3 times each change led to less commission.  They also lied about certain bonuses that were never paid out. Finally as a top 3 rep for the month highest commission I saw was 341 dollars. In my 4 years in the industry its the least I ever made. The worst part was the head Manager very unprofessional. if you are new don't start here, if you have experience, run the other direction.

This place was absolutely horrible. A week before they let my department go, had to come in and do work on the air conditioning system. They had to release pressure from the Sprinkler system, causing antifreeze to pour out by the gallons out of the ceiling. I spent the day going through potential buyers who wanted to sign up for a plan with 95% of them having no interest in joining. Screeners were treated like poorly and comparison sales agents. The refrigerator is filled with food that gets cleaned out every four months. There was roaches, in the cubicles, and no training Provided.

Our Day to day is as any health insurance company.  You are required to sell obviously but you are paid hourly plus commission and bonuses. Standards are pretty strict but if you are needed additional training or coaching, management is more than willing to assist. Mostly warm inbound leads, minimal outbounds and so many opportunities to sell.

Hardest part of the job is your attitude. If you come in positive, your day is great. Coming in with a negative mindset or with false expectations will crush your day.

Some days the music is amazing, a great start to the beginning of the day. There is a lot of walking by the managers to make sure we are in ready mode and clocked in. 

The phones start up at 8 am and it can be kind of cool when you work next to nice people. The outbound calls are random and not so fun but it's required. 

The most enjoyable part of the job are the employees and weekly pay. 

You should get paid over 30k in commissions, except you will never see that type of bonus. Not recommended and definitely the hardest part of the job. 

Don't trust managements. They will do anything to get ahead. HR makes up needless rules and feels like they run the company. If you get a good manager you can do what you want. They just care about hitting numbers. If you get on their bad side then they will find a way to fire you. There used to be a couple who ran everything but they left and it is bad now. If you can work remote and get the good leads then you'll be okay or you can get a manager who just wants you to hit small numbers and that's it. Otherwise there are better places with managers who know what they are doing. 

I have seen big growth at RQD. They are trying to make a good work life balance. As a new company some things work and others do not, but the managers are trying and care. That can tell that much. Under 65 health sales can be rough, but leads are leads. It is how you work them. If you know how to sale and put in the work then it is an easy place to work. If you expect easy sales daily then you may be disappointed. It's a good long term job and one that I will be with for a while. 

I am a sales agent in the phone here at RQD.  It’s a new company, just over a year old, so there is bound to be some adjustments. I’m satisfied with my position and the leadership. I feel less stress here compared to other sales jobs I’ve had in the past. I am so grateful for RQD, and I plan on staying here long term.  No company is perfect, but I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve only had positive experiences with management and they have always seemed to be consistent and considerate towards me. 

From onboarding to licensing to training every employee who i interacted with was rude unprofessional. The lack of patience is shown through their attitude. I do not believe that mutual respect is given here. I felt so uncomfortable working here everyday and had to resign due to the toxic environment. Worst company I ever worked with that you do not feel appreciated or accepted.
