When I was still interviewing is where the problems started. I was in the middle of moving states and interviewed while still long distance. Upon getting here, it took two weeks and several failed attempts to secure this job. My first day there, I had been told that three people had left that location as a group and it was mentioned to me that they had received feedback that the training was terrible, but this was all brushed aside.
The training was terrible and I only had a manager there twice a week to help me in my role after only a few days of being 'trained'. I often had to put people on hold for long periods of time while I was trying to get answers from people hours away from me, and the general attitude towards potential, current, and past tenants was absolutely terrible. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Don't work for them and don't rent from them.

Very unorganized. Turnover was off the charts due to bad management and unreasonable expectations with low pay. The property manager has anger problems and made the work environment very stressful.
