This comapny needs to get it acts together. 
Most the people i talked to want to leave and are planning to leave!

You get different routes everyday so you can not really learn the area. 

Most of the apt that you deliver to do not have acess codes so you are there waiting long time trying to contact the customer and support. 

More than half the vans are breaking down! They mostly all have check engine lights! 

We have a report at the end of the day of the condition of the van and the months that i have been there i always put that they need to fix certain van numbers but they never do.they wait til the very last minute til it breaks down!
This is very dangerous especially when delivering in the hills !

They say all there vans have back up cameras but half of them are broken!

The app always freezes and misguids you!

They only give you 10 minutes to load your van with the bags and boxes which is not nearly enough time.

They need better trainers because thoughout the time working there i was still brought up with new things i havnt learned before. 

I was told if we finish early we can come back but that was a lie ! One of many lies i was told at the beginning just to get hired!

If you finish early they make you help someone else who is falling behind! 

If you help them and its still early they dont let you come back til 3:00

You can have a good day and finish early and want to relax but then they call you and say to help so and so. 
When its that persons fault there lagging they make it your obligation the hard worker to fix there problem! 

Another reason i left is because they do not have any advancement. Wherever you start thats where you end!

I would highly reconsider applying for redline. You can find other jobs that are better than this .

It was my privilege working for the company for the first couple months. The job offers an incredible amount of independence (You deliver packages from Amazon) and if you finish early, you still get paid for a days work. The pay was above average, but if you factor in the fact that you pay for your own gas, drive your own vehicle, and need to take care of its maintenance, you just might not see it all even with the gas compensation. By the way, No Benefits. The office and management are very unprofessional. There were a lot of broken promises, a lot of hours that went unpaid for and really just unorganized and a mess. There was even a pay reduction that the drivers were not aware of. 
When it comes down to it, the job isn't secure. They'll tell you its based on performance but the company is subcontracted so if the contractor being Amazon, wants to get rid of them, they're gone. Away from constantly being reminded that your job isn't secure in daily meetings, inconsistent pay, and the possibility of getting attacked by a dog while delivering a package, you actually have a lot of time for yourself in the day. So if your a student who can handle a little extra stress, or a parent with kids to pick up after school. this might be for you.

I would never recommend this job to anyone. Please do not apply or else you will be given worst van and dispatches will talk bad about you and behind your back. They laugh at you after they assign bad van. one of the dispatch likes to tell you that this is your last day and last time to see everyone when you are about to resign and especially when you worked more than 3 years and 6 months. He have no rights to tell you that due to the connections between you and other people. there are 2 dispatches work on the weekend. They will yell at you or talk bad about you or write up if you refuse them to help another driver with their work without getting paid extra. If you can't help them just because you may have something going on, they shouldn't force you and on top of that they have 40 other drivers and 1 extra driver to fill the blanks for them but those 2 dispatches don't use other drivers but you. I feel sorry how this company can't be professional.

Your schedule will initially be 7 am to 5/6 pm, which also depends on how well organized and fast you are. This will change during holidays or by season. Most new hires struggle the first week or two because they don't organize their boxes, not use to the amount of walking or stairs, or just generally discouraged by the volume of work (150-200+ boxes daily).

You'll be driving a company provided cargo van, and there's also an option to use your own vehicle if your flex driver.
Bring a couple chargers because the device they provide has really low battery life especially during the summer, and you'll need to use your phone on occasions.

Lots of work, and OT offered.

When I first started Needed to work really badly, I'm going to start with the only positive fact I found about this place they can give a LOT of overtime.. just don't pass out because they are going to blame YOU.. really bad working conditions, management is two faces, they will give every different route every day, they don't care about your safety they will make your job as difficult as possible and force you to drive all messed up vehicles, it doesn't matter how many times you complain about it,this Van's are a total nightmare ,side mirrors broken, really bad breaks, door not locking down, back cameras not working, windows not functioning something you have to pull them up with your hands, engine lights always on, tires in terrible conditions, you 
have to wait more than a year to have some really poor benefits, and also 
they make you help someone else everytime time you finish early. A total nightmare working here, be safe and stay away from Red Line.

Management is not trained properly. Vehicles are in bad shape. Ask management to fix something but it never gets fixed. TIRES ARE BALD. Its easy if you know or personally befriends the manager. Not flexible with hours/days. Worked here for over a year so i know from experience. MANAGEMENT and HR do not know what they are doing. Im surprised they are even still in business. REDLINE is one of the worse ran companies i have ever been apart of.

At first it was simple drop and go. Then little by little it changes for the worse. Im glad i left this for a better company. If you are looking into the courier business, stay away from this job.

By far the worse DSP out there. If you're reading this review, know that there are other companies better than redline to apply too. Redline will give you very low pay. No flexible schedule. No help on training. No assistance when needed. No support. They will provide you with a vehicle that is so bad it is life threatening. They will set you on a vehicle that is damaged or deemed to drive and WILL BLAME YOU for the damages already on the vehicle.  They will charge you for all their mistakes.

- Offers healthy amount of hours to work
- As a new employee, you will be driving the vans that have broken side mirrors, broken back up cameras, broken steering wheel horns, broken a/c  and broken turn signals. The safe, operable vans are saved for veteran employees. After many requests to fix these issues, nothing was done on many of them.
- Dispatchers will cater to veteran employees first.
- Dispatchers are okay, but some can be very unprofessional.
- After quitting without notice, this company has held onto my last paycheck for unknown reasons.

I worked for this company and they would purposely send you in the middle of traffic time to somewhere that would normally take 2 hours but it could take 4 hrs in the height of traffic. They would call screaming at you 30 min into the 2-hour drive of why you were not there yet. I was hit on by one of the owners and when I refused he made sure he would destroy my days by giving me work spread out in the highest of traffic areas so that I couldn't make enough money. Total pigs!

Deadlines, customers have high expectations, and sometimes want things that are impossible. Just do ur best
