What is the best part of working at the company?
The salaries are generally good.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They take a lot of short-cuts in terms of FSE training (or lack thereof), Product Engineering intentionally withholds critical software and hardware development information from key departments such as Education and training as well as field service personnel. If an employee raises patient safety concerns, the employee is put on a PIP that is impossible to successfully complete and then the employee is terminated, but offered a severance package if they will sign an NDA concerning the issues. As far as I know only 1 terminated employee did not sign the NDA and the executives are trying to discredit that employee as an example to anybody else who may consider not signing the NDA. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hostile, defeated, and very cut throat. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of meetings that really have nothing to do with your job specifically - just so customers will get the impression that everybody at RefleXion is at their disposal.

One of the worst engineering dept ...  its dysfunctional, no SOPs or guidelines to follow. Most meetings  PE and PM ( the pushers) yell and scream at others to get their points enforced. They break all rules , policies and safety to push things through..., they are not concern about patients or cancer. 
The engineering practices (sw and hw) are outdated and there is nothing to learn or build your career. if you have self respect stay away from this place. 




Growing Company focused on creating innovative cancer-treatment.  The Company is not afraid of trying new things and remaining flexible in order to attract and retain talent.  There is a focused dedication to developing management methodology that encourages bottom-up communication and cross-functional teams.  Leaders encourage development at all levels and always push you to provide your best work.  

the other lines of V.P.'s and lower managers have no interest in the problems below them. Now that Big investment money has come in; the demand for installations and product development is killing the company and the product! 
The Operations and Service department is one to really stay away from! They have driven almost half their staff out; either by attrition or termination and refuse to find the problems in their management problems.

Great product concept and strong growth possibilities if approved.  Top management is also very adept at selling the concept and raising the funds necessary for development.  

However, they have serious organizational management issues to address in terms of how departments are run.  It is a roll of the dice as to whether you are assigned to a competent manager or a dysfunctional one.  Cross group cooperation is often difficult.

One of the most accommodating thoughtful fun selfless amazing companies I’ve ever worked for‼️ I will always believe and support the mission at RefleXion… go look it up!

I was lucky to have a very nice manager to work with. I worked as a software engineer intern, and there was no mentor assigned, so during the internship, I mainly worked with manager.
The manager was nice and responsive.

Great team, They were passionate about saving lives and helping people. I was impressed by their technology and haw far they had come. I was a contractor working remotely so I have little to offer on the day to day.

Executive team and founders have good vision but middle management and HR sucks big time.
Very toxic environment and HR usually supports such behaviors.
