I gained a lot of hands-on experience during my time at Rejuv and truly appreciated the opportunities to grow my clinical skills. The patients were wonderful, and I believed in the mission of helping others improve their health and quality of life. There were also some generous perks, such as access to the on-site gym and a set number of complimentary treatments each year.

That said, the clinical side could often be very stressful due to frequent understaffing. At times, there was a clear disconnect between management and frontline staff. Expectations were high, but support and compensation didn’t always match. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, which made navigating daily responsibilities more difficult than it needed to be.

In a few instances, I encountered questionable decisions regarding protocols that made me concerned for my professional license. Additionally, the work culture could be toxic, with favoritism, gossip, and a lack of team cohesion contributing to a negative environment. Even after leaving, it took time to recover from the stress I experienced.

Overall, while the experience helped me grow professionally, I hope the organization works toward creating a more supportive and communicative environment for its staff.

This was not a good place to work.  Everyone talked about everyone, even management.  Anything brought to management attention was used against you at a later date.  Nothing i brought up regarding the front desk manager or lead was resolved while i was there.  You have your own dept team members facing the gym to not assist with patients, leaving you alone struggling and a line and yet they ask why you werent doing more. They talk about ego here,  yet i seen people judged based on their appearance and insurance.  I seen many things that are not good.  Don't trust no one at rejuv. No one is your friend there. Assure you also never talk anything than work, never personal life.  Pay isn't the best either. They will also fire you if they find out you are looking for a new job. I found during 2 yrs here..poor pay, back stabing, rules dont apply to many, egos are NOT left at the door, unethical things happen here, and talking to management gets you in trouble..not your concern resolved! I would AVOID REJUV MEDICAL. 

Overall I love my career and feel extremely luck to have the Work Family that I do here! I started out in the clinic as an assistant and have been able to moved up into a clinic supervisor position! With being here for several years I have seen the company go through its growing pains, but recently have seen some exciting growth and changes in the last several months that I think current and potential employees will really enjoy! Being a smaller company there are times of growth and sometimes struggle but while these can be challenging, I have seen how the staff band together to get our patients taken care of which only grow the bond of this work family stronger! We have some of the best providers here who truly value their support staff and really help to support a team environment!

Rejuv Medical has been a great place to work and has helped me develop valuable skills to grow my career. Like any growing company, there have been challenges along the way, but management genuinely cares about the team and works to make thoughtful decisions when change is needed.

I truly appreciate my Clinic Manager and Supervisor. They are supportive, approachable, and invested in the success of our team. I’ve also enjoyed the opportunity to continue expanding my skills and taking on additional responsibilities within the clinic.

Our Providers are inspiring and deeply committed to the well-being of our patients. One of the things I value most about Rejuv is the focus on wellness and helping patients heal by supporting the body naturally.

Overall, I highly recommend Rejuv as a place to work. We work hard, support one another, and have fun together as a team.

My time at Rejuv has been a fantastic experience.  Focusing on patient care as well as an improvement to the total employee experience.  

Leadership genuinely cares and has implemented changes to improve employees lives and are continuing to do so.  There has been a significant cultural shift, with a focus on employee performance and development.  This is providing opportunities for us to grow within the organization, retain amazing co-workers, and improve wages through proven work efforts.  

I'm beyond blessed to be able to call myself a member of this team.  We've all worked hard to make this the organization it's become and will continue to do so, as a TEAM, to be better each day.

Rejuv Medical also goes above and beyond to support team bonding, making it feel like a family. We regularly have activities and games that keep things fun and allow us to connect with each other on a personal level. The entire staff, from the doctors to the administrative team, is dedicated, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s inspiring to work alongside people who are passionate about their work and who consistently go out of their way to support each other.  valued not only as an employee but as a person, which is rare to find. I am proud to be part of the Rejuv Medical family and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rewarding, positive work environment in the medical field!

The culture, coworkers and patient/clients make Rejuv special. Rejuv's vision is ambitious and being surrounded by motivated people allows us to meet these goals and impact our community. Management oversees each department; if you aren't meeting mutually agreed upon goals they will help establish a plan to reach these. When you are successful in reaching your goals, then management recognizes you and does not micromanage. It is rewarding to hear that your hard work does not go unrecognized in a fast-paced, results-driven company. Every individual at Rejuv contributes to the overall vision.

M-F 7:30 - 5:30pm operating hours. Get to work directly with patients and providers assuring each patient receives top quality care. They have been very reasonable in accommodating my needs as an employee with a young and growing family (within reason), and provide lots of opportunities to grow within the company! The daily environment is generally upbeat and positive. Being a smaller privately owned clinic provides an environment where your co-workers become next to family and we really look out for one another. Management is very accessible and easy to talk to with any needs and issues that may arise. I would recommend my friends to work here

The patients and coworkers were amazing and absolutely loved the work we did and the lives we helped and changed. The hardest part of the job was dealing with management starting out constantly harassing and bullying on a daily basis. It was reported to HR several times and nothing was even done until 4 months later. Don’t expect any support from “management” because they cannot even manage themselves a majority of the time and the leadership team is just as useless.

Independent clinic that is learning and growing. Clinic never works nights, weekends or holidays so you can spend time with your family. Overall it's a great place to work with lots of future potential growth. 
This is not the place for you if you require structure and daily routine.  As a small company things are changing and evolving almost daily.  If you come into this organization as an  open-minded, flexible, and innovative individual you will go far.
