I normally don’t write reviews but job is disorganized so much that I’m thinking on leaving ASAP due to onboarding saying about 8 weeks of training only got 2.5 real weeks cuz first week and a half was technical issues and we may have gotten our credentials. But took forever to get all the programs and teams up and running. Management is hard to communicate with due to slow responses and when you use Microsoft teams to chat with them they don’t see it right away. Also if you are a slower paced learner be careful they are kinda pushy about getting you on the phones. They told us they wanted us in phones after only 2 weeks of training.  I have a couple coworkers beside myself that take a little longer to retain info and are getting told oh you’ll be fine once your on the phone. Our shadowing  has taken probably 3 times longer due  to us trying to navigate with little assistance and when we do get it our trainers just take over and don’t fully explain what they are doing until after the call and even then it’s like a minute discussion before the next call cuz of the tracking of calls by corporate. If they read this I honestly don’t mind getting let go for a review which is the truth.

They do not pay at a competitive rate. The pay is very, very low in comparison to other companies of its kind. There is no real incentive to continue to work at such rapid paces with no regard to the amount of time it takes to learn new skills, and 
there is no recognition for the work we do besides the encouragement  we get from our lead nurse, who is never given the proper credit, recognition, or respect she deserves for her hard work and dedication. The training times for learning new processes and procedures is inadequate, and administration has no clue about how difficult it is to achieve and maintain the level of competency required of the job. I'm very grateful for them hiring me and training me to become a good telehealth nurse. I've learned a lot, and continue to make advancements in this field of nursing. I love what I do and will continue to work here as long as I'm receiving the skills and learning opportunities they offer. I just wish they paid competitive, adequate wages such a job deserves. 

If you are interested and serious about telehealth and about making a difference in quality healthcare delivery to patients, this is not the company for you. You are screened and hired by people that barely put thought into the process, you receive bare bones training, are handed workflows and protocols that are outdated and most times inaccurate, and are then set out to sea with zero leadership or management intervention. Important questions and issues take days to weeks to get addressed, if addressed at all. New procedures are constantly added and handed down with ZERO training in tow…other than these workflows which seem to be written by people who have never actually done the work themselves. They are constantly short-staffed because their hiring and staffing process is abysmal and hourly wage is incredibly low so they have very low employee retention. To sum up, there are far better opportunities and companies out there for telehealth.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They train you really well, and provide with the equipment you will need to do the job. But when it comes to you or someone else losing their job, they will choose you to lose your job before them.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Things are always constantly changing without hardly any notice.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working from home was great, but you was forced to come into the office if your internet went down more then 30 minu even if you didn’t have a way to get there.  They wouldn’t even let you go to a nearby location and use a friend’s internet to work just so you could continue to do your job. They would rather give a point.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Scheduling appointments non stop, transferring calls or being on the phone with IT because something would always be going wrong with there programs.

Poor communication, poorly run, you deal with grumpy patients, grumpy clinic workers, multiple managers that are on you for any tiny mistake, software that runs slow and likes to freeze, and training that covers the basics but you will mostly deal with things they don't train you for day to day. If you need help you better hope someone is free and looking at the group chat or you will have to deal with it yourself. There is no real workplace culture, you just sit on your phone answer call after call until your break or you go home. It's not a hard job it is very complicated though, and there is literally nothing enjoyable about this job. 

I read some of the reviews before joining - a lot seem to be the typical run of the mill comments of a disgruntled person, never mind employee. It's not the most perfect company but they are growing a lot so I put it down to growing pains. Most days are great, then you have the odd bad day - to be expected. The call center managers are approachable and encourage promotion from withing.

We have a wonderful team that are out trying to win more business to keep us busy and to add new people. I think they are based in the US and Ireland but are always signing up new deals it seems.

Excited to see where I can go with them, again some days are better than others but al in all I enjoy it here.

This company is very unorganized and for the things they want you to do the the pay is not worth it. Upon interview you are advised that you will be training from home but when you go to receive equipment they then tell you that you will be on site for two weeks and that the position is hybrid so that leaves for another issue for making arrangements for children and etc. They don't care that you are being told the wrong information nor do they try to accomodate you. Credentials weren't received until 2 weeks in. This job is very unorganized and too many times within the first to weeks campaigns ended and had to be moved around. Management and HR are clearly not on the same page.

So my managers are actually nice and helpful but the training with this company is terrible. New agents are basically thrown in after a terrible training “program” thus part of the very high turnover rate. 
Also that are very numbers focused, it’s literally all about making your numbers, regardless of doing a quality job for your patients, if you don’t make a minimum (basically impossible) level of numbers you are constantly in trouble. 
Pay is ridiculous and no raises in sight. This company has the potential to be really amazing if they would pay us what we’re worth and offer much better training. 


This is a young company that is still getting organized as it grows. They are working hard behind the scenes and making progress. My coworkers are awesome. The work culture is laid back, yet responsible. I do enjoy my job. I love working from home. And I'm always learning something new in my role. In the days of COVID-19 and with advancing technology, telehealth is the way to go. I don't think I would ever set foot on the floor again. My managers treat fairly and with respect. This by far has been my most favorite nursing job.
