My experience at this company was disheartening. A significant shift occurred after the current CEO assumed leadership — a shift marked by increasing favoritism, a lack of transparency, and a pattern of questionable decision-making. Leadership roles were quickly filled by individuals from the CEO’s former workplace, and many appeared unfamiliar with both the business and its culture. This led to widespread frustration, declining morale, and a noticeable loss of trust across departments.

Employees began to speak more openly about the inconsistencies — especially the divide between those in leadership’s inner circle and those outside of it. Some staff were held to impossible standards, while others seemed exempt from accountability altogether. It didn’t feel performance-based. It felt personal. That discrepancy was visible, and it had a chilling effect on team cohesion and engagement.

In meetings, valid concerns were often brushed aside in favor of surface-level optics. Some members of leadership projected confidence, but their actions reflected a limited understanding of the actual work and its demands. Feedback loops broke down, communication became one-sided, and the environment grew increasingly toxic.

Many current and former employees are aware of these issues — and they’re not staying silent. Concerns are being documented, and discussions are happening both internally and externally. It’s clear that the problems here are not isolated incidents, and more people are beginning to connect the dots.

If you value fairness, integrity, and strong leadership, I would urge caution. This organization has potential, but unless there’s a serious commitment to transparency and ethical leadership, the challenges will only deepen.


The only good thing about this place is you make SOME long lasting friendships with the coworkers and physicians. Management is quite old school so they don't want to adapt as quickly as possible. Also they play favorites. And if you're not their favorite, everything you do will be scrutinized. Be careful who you choose to trust because there is a lot of hypocrisy, backstabbing and lies. There is no annual raise, no work performance review. Their motto is "show up, do work, shutup and go home". And they do not care about your outside life. The work is a lot and you won't learn all in three months of training. Also there's no communication. Whenever you are taught one thing and you do it, they will say it's wrong and ask you why you did that. They just pile on the work and then when things hit the fan, you get blamed for it, even when you cautioned management about it. And the turnover rate is very high. There's a financial advisor/employee of RMA leaving about every two months. If you're just looking to make money for as a short term gig, I would advise it, but other than that, for the sake of your sanity DO NOT WORK HERE!

The best part about working here is just being able to go home before rush hour. You get to go to work before the rest of the world. Then you go home before everyone gets off. If your looking for a PT before regular working hours. This would be great for you. The hours between 6am-8:30am is non stop. Its a production line from the front desk to having labs drawn then to getting an ultrasound. Most offices have 2 phlebs but if your alone. It can be a bit too much. if you cant handle stress or being overwhelmed its not the place for you. The facility is open everyday,365 days. The weekends and holidays is a circus. You don't have enough energy to want to do anything after working all morning. Depending on the office the drs expect you to work without a lunch. There is no such thing as last draw. If you allowed them to sneak a pt in at the last minute that's on you.  Depending on offices some of the MAs are helpful. Other than those few things I mentioned its an ok place to work. lol

Start with reviewing my schedule for Financial phone consults for the day, review MD's schedule to prepare for in person consults, calling patients throughout the day, answering phone calls resolving payment,claim issues, processing credit card payments. Verifying insurance benefits. Review financial obligations for clearance with patients prior to starting a cycle. I learned how to prioritize my work load. management is overloaded with work and not able to assist as needed. The hardest part of the job is to review the cycle cost with patients that do not have any Infertility benefits and are not able to afford the treatment. The most enjoyable part of the job is when the patients cycles are successful. We have a great work team that help each other with a positive attitude.

Management are biggest condescending, narcissistic,passive aggressive, rude , unprofessional lying tool bags  I have ever encountered . No clear cut sense of direction in lab or proper training for new employees ; everyone has there own technique for doing things in the lab which ultimately causes conflict however they expect perfection . Do not trust management   or get comfortable while working for them they will smile in your face and stab you in the back a second later  . If you are not one of there favorites or kissing up to them whether it be in conversation or laughing at their bad jokes you will be deemed a target . This lab has a very low retention rate and these people  are definitely the common denominators  as to why .

Management is a complete joke . Office manager whose a Dr makes everything more complicated than it needs to be on top of never taking responsibility for herself for never being on time . Loves to finger point and run to everyone's supervisor to tell on them as well. One of the biggest snakes there is with the fakest "positive" vibe. No room for growth, no reviews for raises. If you're experienced in the field you will be wasting your skills there .  So much turnover in that office within a year , at least 6 people left , not including how much turn over there is in the other offices. This job is good maybe for some experience , after that its a waste of time . Organization is horrible as well as communication.

a typical day at my job starts by me getting there at 5:30 A.M everyday.
we start the mornings at 6 am but by assisting the doctors with morning monitoring which is where we check all the patients egg follicle count, the lining of the uterus, pregnancy scans and we even check for cyst and other things like that. as the day goes on we have mini procedures we do in office that I assist with for example some are called saline sonogram or an endometrial biopsy. I really enjoy my job and what I do now. I work with such an amazing team. and when I'm not helping with mini procedures and ultrasounds I am going through the patients charts and looking for there bloodwork results to come through.

Don't judge a book by its cover. This company is beautiful and competent in what they do. However, the Andrology department isn't too welcoming. The senior techs aren't accomodating with the new ones. The manager is the worst and tends to use a lot of fear mongering to usually get the results he wants. Overall, the company and most of the employees from different departments are cool and welcoming. The hardest part of the job is having to put up with the older techs and their cockiness. The most enjoyable part of the job is the nature of the job itself; lots of lab work and helping patients in achieving their goals dealing fertility.

I misses working at RMA, I love their motto, in fact my GYN is one of the RMA physicians, they are caring, and loving doctors.under their white coats it's real human being I wish I could name names, I can't speak for all the offices but the office where I used to work was like coming home every morning @ 5 am. when I get coffee ready for me and the doctor that I'm working with it was like my friend,and I having coffe and yet we're still serious about our job. there were never a moment where they make me feel like I was only a medical assistant, they asked me for advice even though I was a medical assistant, they believed in my years of I love RMA

This is a reproductive medical office with a staff of about 22 women. It is a very busy practice with patients that are trying to conceive.  It is a very rewarding and can also be disheartening. You learn how important it is to communicate well with staff within your department as well as with providers and other departments. Detail to your work assignment is just as important as well as being able to multitask.  Each department has a team leader to go to with any concerns. Management is always available as well.
