Workplace culture is non existent since  85%  of the jobs are remote, interaction is very limited and management does not create opportunities for  virtual events to forge employees' fellowship. Employment turnover is ridiculously high, especially among the attorneys. Firm owners and managing partners care more about the money employees can bring in than the employees.  Support staff is ill paired  up with attorneys and paralegals making for uncomfortable working relationship. Salaries are not competitive, high health insurance rates (my first raise in two years was fifty cents per hour,  my first ever Christmas bonus was $150. Grateful for a job, but raise and bonus felt like a slap on the face.  The only enjoyable part of the job is not having to commute or dressing up. 

I was let go with out explanation, meeting or any heads up. I moved from New York to work at the offices in Scottsdale, AZ, and out of nowhere with out explanation they said they made the decision to let me go. I asked multiple times for an explanation and was never answered or given one. The Accounting manager did not even make an attempt to have a conversation. I truly went to great efforts to move from New York to Arizona just to work here and they knew I was and hired me knowing I was moving. It is a shame that they would do this after working for One year and a half. It is truly saddening! I wish everyone the best and I am leaving this review for you to be aware of this company as they are not truly behind to back you up when its truly needed.

There are several advantages to working at this law firm aside from the great benefits and pay. I feel like management really cares about my individual success by creating a supportive environment where I am recognized and appreciated for my hard efforts. They also support a work-life balance for all their employees by offering 2 weeks of paid vacation, 1 week of sick time, and 10 hours of PTO, as well as paid holiday time off. In addition to creating a supportive working environment, I enjoy my work. It is fun, challenging, and rewarding. I am so glad that they hired me. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Resnick & Louis is by far one of the best places to work in all me 30 years as a leg assistant. Very happy here.  You will be amazed at the great people you'll encounter working here.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Handling all the emails.  It's a FT job.

Extraordinary.  Very pleasant. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I get to work at home. They care about you and your well being

Responsible for varying size case load as well as assignment-based work. Manages all aspects of cases from inception of the lawsuit to preparation for trial including: case evaluation reports, answering complaints, attending hearings, motion practice, re-inspections, discovery, depositions, client reports, negotiating settlements, mediations, pre-trial conferences, appellate briefs; and all aspects of the insurance defense process pertaining to construction defect, personal injury, first-party property and subrogation.

Doing good work simply results in more work, until you can no longer do good work. Firm owner threatened to fire me during bereavement leave without first attempting to find out the issue, and never apologized after finding out. I was a top biller, which can be a recipe for burnout without management support, which I did not receive, despite numerous requests and notices that it was negatively impacting my performance. 

Resnick & Louis encourages learning and development by offering mentorship programs and on-site training classes. They promote a team culture by scheduling team building events and social conventions. They also encourage goodwill and social responsibility by offering staff members an opportunity to serve their community, and they have reduced their carbon footprint by executing a paperless system. 

This company does a great job showing their employees they care about them. In addition to ensuring employees have everything they need, they go out of their way to make sure they are happy. From Admin Appreciation Day to giving shout-outs to people for doing a great job, this company makes you feel welcomed and valued for your hard work and dedication.

 This company has a lot of advantages. One great aspect of working here is their management team. They are great at creating a atmosphere where employees can learn and grown, be productive, and receive recognition for their hard efforts. I enjoy coming to work each day because I feel appreciated, supported, and acknowledged for my efforts. Their encouragement truly inspires me to work harder. 

Wonderful company! I would highly recommend working here. From the day I started working at Resnick & Louis, I have felt completely satisfied within my role. The management team wants you to succeed, so they are very helpful and understanding towards each person’s individual needs when it comes to learning and development. I also love the fact that they do not micromanage their employees. They have worked hard to build a foundation of trust, and mutual respect.
