It’s absolutely not fair and I feel discriminated that the company doesn’t offer direct deposit to PRN employees. Whenever I would ask why I get the same answer: “We don’t offer it to PRN employees.” Why not?? Your only option is to pick up the check from the office which is inconvenient if you live far away or wait til it comes in the mail the following week. I have asked Human Resources what the pay rate for full time employees is and have not gotten a straight answer or have just been ignored. Not a fan of Kinnser software as if you don’t keep saving your note you lose all the information which has happened to me before. Besides these frustrations it’s been a good experience overall as a PRN. They did give me a raise when I requested one after my review so that was nice. 

I had a lot of freedom when it came to scheduling my patients and the amount of time spent with each patient, although minimums are expected. I see ads for full-time therapists but unknown if they actually employ any. Patients are homebound and home health appropriate however many are kept on caseload a little too long despite reporting no additional progress being made. I never had any problems with management. I saw my patients, I got my paperwork in in time and they kept me busy enough. 

Lack of management. Disorganized. Company does not respect initial contract offer and they do not disclose the mileage reimbursement using your car for the home health visitations .  Manager never replied your emails. Absolutely no communication. An unnecessarily trip was made into their headquarters to discuss a possible contract. Company did not pay for trip expenses for an interview. Don't expect to get any reimburse for that.  Everything could be avoided and better managed if their HR department were more responsive and uses technological resources to select candidates. I bet they can be a good company to start, but I won't recommend this company if you want to start your sponsoring process (EB2, green card).

I have been working with Restore Rehab for almost 2 years now. I really have been enjoying working with this compnay.my co workers are amazing and we are all pretty close. The job its self I am pretty good at and I like interacting with our Home Health Agencies. My administrator is always really understanding. I hope to continue to be working here and growing and learning as new obstacles come along.

This is an easy company to work for however they barely give any hours. I've been working for them for a little over a year hoping the hours would pick up. However my case load with them has only ever been 1 or 2 clients at a time. I dont know why I see job openings for them online when they won't give thier own employees any hours.

Great place for contractors in physical therapy. Basically you are expected to  get the job done, turn in all documentation in a timely manner, accept assignments if you’re able, be professional and courteous, be ethical. My only complaint is taxes not being held out of pay, but that seems to be the norm for contractors.

I love my co-workers and owner is very understanding and supportive. Always looking forward to come to work. We always help each other and  always ready to share the knowledge. Mix culture  work environment we learn from each other culture. I have been working with them for  3 years now as a QA manager and everything has been great!

Been working here for a little over 2 years now. I have no complaints. They are understanding of our situation and make sure you have a full schedule. I like to be kept busy and also like to be available for my family when they need me. work-life balance is great.

We always worked as a team and a family more than a company by itself. As long as we are punctual and adhere to the protocols of the company this is the happiest place to be. The employer is with you in the hour of need.

The will keep you busy which is a good thing due to being paid per patient. Difficult to get days off at times especially at holidays. Management could be better and CEU money allotted is lacking. Overall I would recommend for short term.
