PTO amount earned every 2 weeks is 2.25, the least of any company I've ever worked for. They offer "flex" time that you can use but it must be made up or you take an occurrence. As a remote employee, I had to flex my time and clock out if systems were down and if it was more time than you could make up, you get an occurrence. If you are ill and have a doctor's note excusing you from work and don't have PTO or make it up, you still get written up. I've been working in this industry for 15 years and have never experienced a company that treats employees this badly. Bonuses are nearly impossible to obtain. EOS lost the contract with the health system my team did billing for and wouldn't tell us. They continued to have us work old claims which made the metrics harder to meet and one by one fired members of my team for not meeting metrics. I made the cut for numbers and was told on a Wednesday afternoon that my position was ending (hired for WFH April 2019) and I would have to start a CSR position in office starting Monday. I was unable to locate childcare in 2 days during a pandemic and was terminated for it. They also contested my unemployment as they did everyone else on my team. They lost the appeals but did it to drag out us not getting paid for months... during a pandemic. My pay was decent but it's not standard. Some employees with the same title who have been there longer were making almost $3 less per hour. Yearly raises are referred to as merit raises and are only given if you've met your metrics throughout the year (including your training period) so don't expect raises here. During the pandemic, they had a freeze on raises, whether you met your metrics or not. Most people I know were getting bonuses or increases during that time due to financial hardships people were experiencing, but not this company. In a meeting the department actually said the virus is like natural selection and she wasn't going to live her life any differently. This was the worst company I've ever worked for and that's saying a lot. They don't care about their employees and you feel the heaviness in the office of just how unhappy the employees are. 

EOS offers multiple opportunities for self-growth and improvement, as well as company advancements. Where as it is a fast-paced, production driven environment, it is one that encourages your individual success through incentives, employee programs for development, and employee committee's. Goals are set for individual projects with reps given a ramp-up period to promote and help them to achieve their end production goal standards. Reps are given the time to learn, and become knowledgeable with their position before the expectation of full production goal is expected (usually over the first 90 to 120-days from hire). Representatives are measured on the quality of their work, paired with the volume of production produced. EOS has an awesome culture where reps are treated as valued employee's, as opposed to a number, and you're treated as such. What other company do you see the President or Owner on a daily basis and they know you by name or what your interests are? EOS is a great place for those looking to start a long-term career.

I have never worked for such an unprofessional company in my life. They’re a third party company that is responsible for collecting payments for medical bills. Outbound and inbound calls.

On the first day our “advocate” told us how bad the job was for her and how we’ll see soon

No one had boundaries on what was deemed professional in the workplace. The main trainer came in with hickies and proceeded to tell us how she got them. Another trainer decided to share numerous times her very personal issues with her son. 

They are strict on phones due to being a 3rd party company so they treat you like a child and will come and try to confiscate your phone if you have it on the floor

The call center is basic and old. Very small cubicles when you don’t have to even move to touch the person next to you.

I decided to quit after it got super unprofessional and uncomfortable and I realized it was not worth it and applied with the actual provider.

First and foremost this company urges their management staff to post positive reviews on here due to their negative feedback so the positive reviews you do see are most likely posted by management. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owners are very nice and I do not believe they are aware of the mishaps made within this company. There used to be great management however this has changed, management does not care about their employees at all. They praise unethical behavior and dispose of the dependable, hard-working individuals. Management favors one office over the other. They care only about production numbers and not about the quailty of an individuals work. The pay is low for the amount of stress an individual goes through working here and the time off takes a full year to get 5 days off and it is impossible to get approved. 

The manager directly above me was great. She really acted like she cared for her employees. I understand the need to be at work and doing your job but there’s no room to stay with the Company especially if you end up sick or anything and they expect you there even if you have a VALID reason which is uncaring. They say employees matter but only if your there no matter what even if you have a VALID sickness that needs to be taken care of.  They have NO compassion where that is concerned even if it is somewhat serious. Now if you work there just know they are very strict on attendance which I understand BUT they will NOT work with you if you can’t come back right away without writing you up and then they ask you to resign to get around you getting fired or come in no matter what the issue. Like I stated direct supervisor was awesome and really acted like she cares.

I really liked the relaxed atmosphere.  The supervisors and managers are really nice.  They care about me personally.  I always felt like I could go to them for assistance, even when they were busy, they made time for me.

They implemented a career advancement curriculum that has helped me gain a better understanding of the healthcare insurance side of the business. This will help me grow and become better at my job so I can service the patients better.

The pep squad and Fit Wits are always trying to get us involved and I really like the monthly contests the leadership puts out as I am able to earn more money or even prizes especially around Christmas.  They even give away a 60" flat screen TV each Christmas along with 20-30 other prizes we are eligible for.

I also really like that the owners of the company knows who I am. They also care about me and my family. I appreciate that.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working at Revco for me are the benefits; 401k, voluntary life insurance, health insurance etc

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of training provided and micro managing by recently promoted managers. (They just let it go to their heads)

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
You are pretty much on your own working remote. The company tries to have a sense of community and togetherness, and some parts of it may be that way, however, I didn't feel it in my department

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My typical day is responding to rep emails, sending patient requests to clients, logging voicemails, completing different styles of reports and getting knit picked by my manager about the smallest things

First I will say eos does not have a open door policy the moment you speak you may be fired.. They hire management that do absolutely nothing but walk around and take smoke breaks every 6 minutes. The other manager is to touchy feely and you let management knows and nothing happens. Because they are understaff the work load is ridiculous, and we are underpaid working more then one client and not a increase in pay. The hr dept and vp are like family so anything you say is a conflict of interest. The moral of the place is HORRIBLE. Im happy I left this place is the worst customer service company to work for.Oh I forgot micro managing at its best... Also medical benefit are horrible. They will lie and hire you for a position and once you start working it isn't the job they hired you for. I had to leave.

General Service Bureau is a very professional company that takes pride in its professional environment while also remaining relatively casual. Everyone I worked with at this company was kind, friendly, and helpful; if I had any questions, or had difficulty completing a task, I could ask for help without the fear of being scrutinized. In addition, the position I worked was relatively simple; the only challenge I had was during the occasions where my supervisor had me searching for client POE contact information. On the flip-side, I did not like the fact that my position and pay were locked down at part-time and $9.00/hour, but I do have to keep in mind that the job is very simple and repetitive, so I can't ding them on that matter.

Worst place to work. They micromanage you like little kids. Management is always on top of you about things. One mistake and they act like it’s the end of the world. When you first come in they paint a picture prefect for you but as you start seeing things it’s not what they make out to be be . They’re so worry about making numbers , there’s people that make mistake and get paid more and been there lease time then the people that been there the longest. If you don’t get your work done they are on to you . They change your schedule without even letting you know and expect you to drop your life for them . And if you don’t they find every little thing to fire you.  If your not in a call they are asking you what are you doing ! Start up treat you like kids , their over turn is so high .
