Company hires people for management roles that have never worked with patients face to face and do not know the extent of what technologists do.  Site managers add on patients last minute constantly without checking with the tech to see how their schedule Is going and whether they can even fit another exam in.  Techs working alone constantly with full contrast schedules which is not even safe.  Bullying and passive aggressiveness  by management.    It’s not a healthy work environment if you are a technologist.  No appreciation at this company for the  amount work we do.  15 minute slots and booked all through lunch.   Not good for mental or physical health.

If you are not favorited by supervisors or management, or know someone expect not to go far in the company. If you do not exceed their expectations, you will have your probation period extended multiple times. Some employees were allowed to work hybrid, some weren't. Micromanaging. Weird shifts times. Favoritism. Do not be away from your desk for more than a couple of minutes unless you want a lecture. Expect time off to be denied. Expect your managers to pull you aside during your breaks if there is an issue.

If you work at a site it's an ok atmosphere. If you work in The corporate office especially Patient Financial Services - forget it. Micromanaged to death, executive director plays favorites, training is lacking and management does not support training or education.  It's all about the bottom line, people are secondary & there is no loyalty. Cut throat environment and the pay is low for the industry. You see them hiring all the time because people leave all the time.  Avoid this place.  

The company is trying to grow to quickly. The company in itself is driven by making money and not providing adequate service to patients. As far as training for new employees you are basically on your own. (Depending on the department) Found the employees to be catty and it was just not the place for me. Too much drama, and the administration has no problem walking all over employees. Applied for a position and worked very hard with the promise of a competitive incentive program. As the company grew so did internal pressure to preform with very little direction.

Management at this workplace is extremely disappointing. There is constant micromanaging, which creates unnecessary stress and shows a clear lack of trust in employees. The environment feels more like a high school than a professional setting, with gossip being common and often encouraged rather than addressed. Supervisor who openly talks about her staff and leads in a negative way. Favoritism is very obvious, and it impacts both morale and fairness across the team. Overall, it’s a toxic work environment that makes it difficult to feel respected or valued.

People are in management positions that have absolutely no management training.  Management favors some employees over others and are unwilling to address conflicts between employees.  They do not adhere to their own policies unless you are not a favorite employee.   Management talks negatively to employees about other employees.  It’s a toxic place to work.

Scheduling NEVER answers their phone leading patients to come in and scream at front desk about not being able to schedule their appointment. 

Hot mess. 

Employee moral is horrible. Upper Management is insensitive to the employees in the company. However, the employees in the sites are very caring and are what makes it tolerable for each other and they make the patients comfortable.
Stressful and toxic environment for the workers in the offices. It’s all about getting as much out of the employee as possible.

My current position has set hours with great flexibility. My manager is absolutely amazing and understanding. The pay is terrible and their raises are a joke. They sometimes have you doing work outside of your job title. If you’re looking for good pay look somewhere else.

RIMI is an excellent place to work.  The atmosphere is laid back and supervisors and managers are very caring on a personal level; which makes for a very light working environment.  Supervisors/managers are very approachable and always give credit where credit is due.  Staff is rewarded periodically to show appreciation, as well as encouragement on a daily basis.
