I was hired and worked to help organize the dysfunctional system that was in place. Was fired over the phone after I was finished my full work shift. Apparently my store manager and boss had lunch to discuss why my store manager was unhappy and I ended up fired. Very sad situation that happened to me but lesson learned. They were unworthy of the great people who were fired. We were all fired one by one.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
IT’S COOL.. PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I DON’T KNOW I GOT FIRED FOR SOMEONE THE MISTAKE OF ANOTHER PERSON

They give you a few days of training and then throw you into work on your own. They give you practicals every week. They dnt let you know the areas should need more work in. They put you on a 90 day probation and when that is up they fire you without letting you know the reaso . 

What is the best part of working at the company?
You get to meet some great individuals that turn into friends.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The inconsistency, never a straight answer, a new pharmacy keeps opening but no staff to fill it

Completely unorganized and unprofessional. They hire more people than needed to not pay anyone overtime. They hire you as a contractor to avoid taxes. And they fire people who work hard and do their job when they ask for more work hours because they can't survive off of 2 hours a day. 

So unprofessional the store owners treat the and talk to the employees like anything  the pharmacist lost most of time unprofessional is a under statement for rite choice 8hr shift with corny  pay is not worth it how they work you so unorganized

The most self loathing, immature, unprofessional and absolutely rudest lead technician/manager I’ve ever had the displeasure of working for. I only last a few months before i couldn’t handle the environment anymore. Only work here if you have plans to move on IMMEDIATELY 

Wonderful management who knew that you need to take care of internal customers first, and build a strong team, and they will take care of external customers with a same level of commitment!

I’ve been here a year and 4 months as a delivery driver and from the moment I started I was appreciated. When you become a good asset to this company they’re sure to let you know in many ways.

Awful corporate culture. Dont treat the workers with any respect and expect to do more and more work each day. The workers are wonderful and are some of the best to work with though. Just corporate.
