When I first arrive the Gorgeous unique all glass style double building catches my eye.
Plenty of parking.  Then when you go inside the build looks like a futuristic mall/village with different departments for whatever you would like to do. The receptionist, lawyers, legal assistance all staff have been awesome and just overall so kind with there own personalities. The environment is like a village community. So many new my name as soon as I arrived. IT always does a fantastic job.  If anyone employee needs help just send an email and they will arrive. The trainer and training as someone mentioned is fantastic. Rikin Radler does so much for their staff like the wellness program, the buzz news which recognizes staff, bagel Wednesday, free lunches, Rikin Radler merchandise give aways and much more. The communication is fantastic too. No other law firm I work for is anywhere close to the excellent work. Anyone that complains about work is just a miserable person. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The workplace environment was very pleasant at Rivkin.  The attorneys and the administrative staff were very friendly and were a pleasure to work along side with.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
For me it was stressful creating/editing a document in an attorney's office.  They were all very nice but I found that stressful

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very friendly and pleasant and professional. The attorneys are very friendly to the administrative staff.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come into work, settle in and get some coffee or tea and then start working.

I was so disappointed by RR, LLP. They sell you a dream ticket but fail to materialize with their promises. I was treated as a non-professional despite my experience and responsibilities. I don't know why they hired me if they wanted just a yes person. 

Don’t ever leave your desk I was told, You can't go out for 15 minutes to grab an iced coffee or a bagel, even if you arrived early to compensate for this extra  time. What it meant for me was that I was going backward because they were behind the times. They knew nothing about AI, and I was restricted and watched by the receptionist. Too much angst and agony for very little pay. RR, LLP is definitely a low-tiered firm. Never again.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part about working at Rivkin was the staff, secretaries, paralegals, and fellow associates. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part about working at Rivkin was the billable hours and some of the partners.  But it depends on the department you work in.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s a tough type of environment, very little room for learning.  I do not recommend newly admitted attorneys work at the firm.  You don’t get much training. But again it depends on the department you work in. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Quiet, you are treated like a solo practitioner essentially.

The firm’s partners, associates and support staff work well together in an atmosphere that is business-like but friendly and open. The work is demanding whether I n litigation or transactional, and there is a strong emphasis on the billable hour and rainmaking. The firm uses all the latest technology, well-supposed by knowledgeable staff. The suburban location makes work/life balance more easily attainable. Social functions are many, and are inclusive of al partners and employees. In short, it is a great place to practice law.

I started out as a Paralegal Clerk after receiving my Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. The environment was professional and welcoming. I worked Monday thru Friday, very little overtime. I learned a lot about litigation procedures. Which is extremely helpful to my current career path. 

I loved my life and my job at Rivkin Radler.  I worked very hard whether I was working independently or in a group as a team.  I was very motivated by my colleagues.  I enjoyed mentoring and appreciated the training I received.  I had the opportunity to work in many different areas of law.

When new CEO was hired it did not take him long to outsource my position after working there for 20 years, was given severance pay if I stayed to end of year to train my replacement-if I left earlier than my scheduled date of departure the severance package was off the table. Not happy with the management at this firm.

As a temporary contract paralegal everything was acceptable.
The computer equipment provided was modern and capable.
The work environment was a little cramped.  
The project leadership was knowledgeable.
The building is modern and comfortable, but too far from shopping to drive to get lunch.
Plenty of parking

Terrible experience.  Associates throw paralegals under the bus so that they don't get in trouble for having limited knowlege and experience in their supposed speciality.  HR doesn't back up the paralegals on this because the partners don't support the paralegals either.
