The workday involves interacting with clients and handling tasks independently. I’ve learned to stay professional and efficient. Management is hands-off, only stepping in for client or pay issues. The culture is supportive, and the hardest part is solving unexpected problems. The most enjoyable part is working with friendly clients. It’s a decent environment with minimal stress.

Work for this company for over a year and provided support to a couple of people.  The pay rate is very reasonable, way above any other company that I worked for.  The office staff are helpful and families catered to my schedule which brings a lot of flexibility. 
The only con is the long process of the state training and background check.

Very good company management is sweet and they definitely support their worker and are very professional.They pay well and if you don’t get paid they will definitely work for you to get your money back.It is not a hostile environment at all and they tend to have good clients at least in my experience.

The culture of this company's workplace is encouraging and inclusive. They offer flexible training college courses with tuition-free college credits. The most enjoyable part of the job is the experience of working with clients and the opportunity for employment growth.

I was lucky and ended working with a great family that I was placed with through Royal. I only ended up leaving to advance my career in a different field that I went to school for. My bosses at Royal were very understanding and I would recommend them to anyone looking to work there. 

I have been around this field a long time. This company actually cares about staff the same as individuals. They give PTO and health Benefits. I got to meet 2 families and decide which fit me better. Best part is 1:1 ratio

The term work plays out all the time, and the staff has self-respect for each other at all times; however, the Clients are the most familiar relatives you have all the time by establishing a good playing grand with you and your group home at the moment.

They hire to many DSP's with very little cases to around. Management does not know what they are doing. No sick time, vaction time, health benefits. When i got hired it took about 2-3 months to get me my 1st case.

Royal has been very supportive in my work and the pay is competitive which made me feel like they are investing in me right off the bat.  They took the time to match me with the right person. 

Spectacularly outstanding performance in managing stuffs working conditions excellent pay rates. Adequate dissemination of information both to the staffs
