This is a great firm to work for! As for work culture, everyone gets along GREAT in the office I am based out of. We all eat/order lunch together daily. We all help each other out on cases, taking calls, covering each other when someone is behind (I am familiar with a lot of my team members cases/clients). The firm also has a Culture Committee in place who's sole responsibility is to come up with fun activities for staff on a monthly basis (this can be anything from dress up days to contests to events like picnics). 

The pay is not as high as other firms but and this is a big BUT they offer a full benefits package including paying health insurance at 100%, a $50k life insurance plan at 100%, and they match your 401k contributions. They also offer more paid time off than I have seen at other firms.

There is a lot of pressure from working a caseload and there is a system of accountability in place but this is same for any job. I find this the hardest part of the job. Management is aware of this and as such have created an extensive training and mentoring program at their expense (New staff is trained for over 1 month and then they are assigned a mentor for 6 months after that). 

I have also honestly never seen a company invest so much time and money into making sure staff is up to date on all matters in our field. They constantly offer Seminars on various portions of our business to make sure this is the case. 

They do offer overtime, when needed. There are also bonuses available for certain projects completed. They offer free breakfasts on pay days and sometimes lunch for certain occasions. 

Lastly, there is room to grow here so this is a job that you should consider long term. 
 

I have been employed with the firm for a bit over two years and I can honestly recommend Rubenstein Law to any prospective employee. If you are looking for an employer who cares about you, one who makes decisions thinking of how it will benefit the firm and its employees, and a CEO and management team who always try to keep the employees' wellbeing as a priority, then this is the place for you. I have found it in my experience, that this is a vey fast paced environment, where there is a lot of work to be done and you will almost always be busy. However, there is support from management and supervisors at all times, who are always happy to help with any issues you may have. 
I can best describe our workplace culture as a family - where your colleagues and management alike, work together for a common goal and where you - as an individual - matter and are appreciated and celebrated for accomplishments. 
Some of the other perks offered by the firm are committees which you can join to give back to the community and/or where you plan fun activities that are relevant to the seasons for the entire firm (ex - St. Patrick's Day photo contest, etc.). 
I wholeheartedly recommend Rubenstein Law to anyone who wants to work hard and be recognized for their achievements, who is comfortable in a fast paced environment, and who is not afraid of working hard to reach their goals. There is definitely room for growth within the firm!

I have truly enjoyed my time at this firm. I started as an opening legal assistant and, through hard work and support from management, was able to grow into a paralegal position. This was not a firm that valued its employees and can see why there's such a high turn over and continue to lose valuable employees at losenstein law. It now makes sense that they have a section on their website for their personal injury lawyers profiles and none for the rest of the staff. They may value SOME of its employees as they have their favorites and they did not care that I went above and beyond while doing my job. The supervisor is all the way in Florida but is right above you watching you through the camera and will criticize you for the smallest mistakes. They have paralegals and legal assistants in Florida working with attorneys on Massachusetts cases which makes no sense when considering the differences in state laws. The workplace culture is weird with its cliques and behaviors that go against the companies policies but of course the supervisor did nothing and terminates its employees in shady ways. The lesson that I learned from this experience is to do my research when applying for jobs and to never again waste my time working at such a toxic place. 

I've been with the Firm for a little over two years now and I love it. I'm constantly learning new things and never find myself bored or as if what I am doing is monotonous. As a Litigation Paralegal I have a lighter case load then the Pre-Lits, however a lighter case load does not equivocate not having plenty of things to do; it is a high intensity workload and is both engaging and unique to the cases. I currently work for three attorneys and am surrounded by some of the most amazing co-workers and supervisors. Everyone is constantly bouncing ideas off each other and lends a helping hand when needed. It is a challenging field and does require some thick skin, but if you are looking for a challenge with competitive salaries, bonuses and overtime, you've come to the right place. 

I've had a generally positive experience working at this company. I believe Rubenstein Law is the best personal injury law firm in Florida, and I'm proud to be a part of its success. There’s a clear focus on long-term strategy and organizational growth. We're encouraged to own our work, while still receiving support when needed. From a management perspective, there’s healthy communication, but there's always room to improve in how priorities are balanced. Because we've grown so much, there are occasional growing pains. But I can honestly say the positives far outweigh the negatives.

As a legal assistant, a typical day involves opening new cases, following up on tasks, requesting records and bills, and assisting clients throughout the day. I also occasionally cover the front desk, where I get to greet and help clients, which I really enjoy. I’ve learned a lot about case management, client communication, and multitasking. The management team is supportive and organized, always willing to guide us when needed. The workplace culture is one of the best parts, everyone is friendly, respectful, and collaborative. We all help each other out, which creates a really positive environment. The hardest part of the job is staying on top of multiple deadlines at once, but with the right systems in place, it becomes manageable. The most enjoyable part is the satisfaction of helping clients through tough times and being part of a team that genuinely works well together. I truly love what I do and where I work.
