As a player support agent, your shift goes from 0-100 as soon as you clock in. There is almost never a moment of down time- which can be good, but mostly ends up bad as the work environment tends to get hectic and chaotic. The majority of the time is spent taking live chats. Agents are expected to manage up to 3 different live chats, communicate with leadership, all while upholding and practicing the values of RSI. 

Managers & leadership are constantly micromanaging everything you down- down to the minutes you take to use the bathroom. Be prepared to get berated, argued with, and flat out disrespected  by hostile customers.

Agents are expected to work 4 days out of the week, in 10 hour shifts, with one week day in the office (Mon-Fri). Also, all agents must work at least 1 weekend day. Schedules are clunky- agents will likely be working a different shift for every day they work, sometimes up till 2am in the morning. You will have to create breaks in our own schedule, because the minuscule 30 minute breaks for a 10 hour shift does not work for anyone. 
 
The best part of the job is hands-down the coworkers you meet there and the welcoming environment that Lead Support Agents provide. It is very easy to create companionship with coworkers and the entire agent team is very youthful and fun individuals. 

As for the worst part, you will have all these responsibilities for a mere $18 an hour, to start off with. You could honestly get paid more to work at your local wawa. Pay raises for promotions are also weak. 

This is not the job to stay at. Working 10 hour shifts with no time for yourself to even breathe, this is not for the light hearted. This company does not care about the employees at all, the only good thing is the snacks in office once a week. This job is not worth the stress that comes with it at all, even if you have prior experience,  this company is ran terrible there's no support from management at all, just fend for yourself is the mentality they give or they are too busy to help or just do not care. It's becomes very obvious after two months why their turnover rate is so high. 

They will say they care about feedback, which is the farthest from the truth. The same issues are always being brought up with no resolution.  If you need a job, apply if you value your happiness and self worth, stay far away.

This is just a toxic work environment. Despite promises in training of this great company culture. Do not be fooled. Management that tracks your every move, violates your privacy while not following their own rules and regulations. Also frequently put in an uncomfortable position to lie to consumers on a daily basis. The system for advancement is run by an entire department yet is flawed and rigged by management to cater to who they like. Overall they just do not care about their employees.

I didn't find Rush Street Interactive to be particularly welcoming. While the people there are nice enough, they never went out of their way to help me onboard when I started. I never once saw my manager on camera the entire time I worked there. If you don't come from the industry, good luck getting help learning it. 

The culture was good in terms of work/life balance. You can manage your time how you see fit and there's unlimited PTO for salaried employees.

RSI has been good to me. They pay is more than fair. There is strong teamwork and communication. The encourage your ideas greatly and will listen to you. Overall good people, company will fairly clear message, and always something to keep you engaged and entertained in this industry

Toxic - no one is on your side. Enjoy working 100 hours a week and being reprimanded if you try to take any less time.

Amazing online casino  to work for. I was apart of the first few agents that help launch thr casino and sportsbook! Laid back atmosphere. As long as you're working and providing amazing support for our players that's all they care about. Benefits were good and my team was amazing! I quickly advanced into management but unfortunately had to resign due to a personal matter I was dealing with at home.

This is the best company I've worked for, hands down. Every person is part of the same team and we all work diligently to improve everything we do. The culture is great. 

This job is for someone who doesn't have a life outside of work.  Schedule is all over the place and days off aren't consecutive. Shift often runs a little after what you're supposed to work due to being in constant chats/ emails/ calls for 10hrs.

This job is an exciting job to be at. My team is fun and outgoing and we help eachother on a daily Basis. It can be pretty busy and hectic, but we wouldn’t be able to do it without the help of everyone on the team.
