Despite repeated discussions, these issues have not been addressed consistently, and maintenance has been delayed or canceled. This has impacted employee morale and raised concerns about the company's commitment to a healthy work environment.
The company has a strong foundation and a capable workforce, but until it addresses these leadership, communication, and fairness issues, that potential will likely remain unfulfilled.

I recently joined Rustic & Main and have been genuinely impressed with how welcoming the team has been. From day one, I felt like I was part of a group that values collaboration and kindness. Everyone is open to questions and willing to help, which made onboarding feel a lot less intimidating than I expected.

There’s also a clear culture of growth here—I've already been encouraged to try new tools and pick up new skills, which has made the experience not just positive, but exciting. It’s not the kind of place where you’re expected to have all the answers; it’s more about learning together and finding creative ways to do things better.

If you're new to the industry or just looking for a place that feels supportive without being overbearing, Rustic & Main is a solid choice.

The place is nice and homey considering where it’s at, the people are amazing, the amenities are pretty top tier for this sort of work. They relate to you as a person, so you aren’t just some numbered worker. People want to help you and share successes and failures to learn. Best place I’ve worked in my life. God oriented and Tolkien appreciators, 10/10 would apply again.

This company lacks serious competent higher ups.  Managers are hired or promoted because they can't actually be held to the same standard as most employees are. It is evident that production team has no clue what they are doing and the owners are mostly okay with it.  The positive reviews that are listed, were "strongly encouraged" quick after they were hired. 

Customer service isn't difficult, they offer a decent product and most of the employees are nice and very helpful even though they aren't management.  The culture is very odd, almost cultish. 

Rustic and Main is an incredible company to work for.  It really is a one-of-a-kind experience to witness this company's growth and work alongside such a caring, intelligent, talented, hardworking and supportive group of individuals. So happy to be here and I absolutely love the work that I do. The owners are wonderful and I love having first-hand experience of seeing the beautiful craftsmanship and rings created for people. 

Rustic & Main has a very interesting business. Making rings for customers out of historic materials and precious metals, all hand crafted, is a fascinating and challenging premise that should energize anyone who has a creative side. It has its challenges of course, any company does, but overall the mission and the culture are strong and consistent.

As a small company,  it was an ideal place to work. The care of employees was paramount. However,  as the business grew, the only factor was money. Long standing employees, including those who helped  start the company, were dismissed without even a, thank you for your time and efforts. The owners have forgotten their original mission and purpose. 

There are many creative minds on this team, and working with all of them is truly a joy. I appreciate the value they place on work/life balance and that they allow for some flexibility in our schedules. It’s a growing company, so, at times, things change quickly, but I’ve found that it results in a lot of positive growth in the business itself and our team collaboration.

There were a lot of nice people, but a couple that were just mean and set you up to fail. No communication. Unclear job description. Not supportive or encouraging.
