I just want to say that RX is the best place I've worked so far. Everyone is so very nice and management is there to make sure you want to succeed. After my first couple of months I was asked if I enjoyed my position, how my work load made me feel and what my goals were. My managers and supervisors built my confidence with any new task I became involved with and even asked for my input to see if I had any new ideas that would help the team. There was 0 drama in my team and we all worked hard together. The company held many spirit days as well as celebrations during the holidays. Rx is a place that encourages you to succeed and will make sure you are happy where you are. They even notice your birthdays. The company does a great job of recognizing you instead of just an employee. If I could pick up Rx and take it to where I moved I would have. I wish I could fit everything I loved about this company but I would never finish writing. Thank you. RX

Initiate family to help with patient care and educate family on transition and pt safety with respect for pt dignity and independence. Developing a rapport with family is a skill that took time to accomplish through my career, but is ultimatly a learned experience over time, I love to educate others on their family health and experience many firsts through growth of transitioning patients, especially when the experience is smooth and easy.
 I enjoy my time with my peers (pharmacists, RN , case mangers) as we were as close as family. Teamwork was no issue and cases were brought to our attention that may have been  personal in some aspect and we respected eachother for that side of care in each separate case, no matter how tough the situation, there was a way to get to our goal smoothly.

What is the best part of working at the company?
When I work for Rx. Staffing. I had good communication with my supervisor. The company was very great and gracious of giving us 401ks and insurance. We always had company beatings to try to better ourselves. I had a wonderful time and a great experience with our Rx staffing.

It wasn't stressful at all

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The working environment was very nice. We will all get together and the company owner would take us to baseball games and we will all socialize and have dinner. It was very very nice. I really enjoyed those times and I kind of miss them. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Our day was like go to work and we will go home. It was really nice working with their clients. The company is very caring and understanding and they are very understanding to your needs too.

My experience as a supervisor at RxHealthcare was unfortunately not what I expected. Management does not “seek to understand” if any issues arise. The company/management treats their caregivers/field employees terrible. Management does not even care to correctly pronounce their caregivers names. The communication towards the caregivers is very hostile. This created a very negative and uncomfortable environment. Management at this company bullies it’s employees. I was directly asked by my manager if she intimidated me. One of the most unprofessional environments I have ever been a part of. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Keep  you up to date on skill.give knowledge about client. Family oriented. Organized plan cases 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No stress,care plan are up to date easy to follow 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good  relationship with family and other care givers.it doesn't matter about your culture you work as person. 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good  communication with skills and clients

Excellent people, very organized company. Only for me wasn’t the best job location is too fair from my house. The first patient visit and the last patient they didn’t pay for the gas. So, always they justified it because they count miles from their offices. Their offices distance from the house was 40 miles each way, the freeway traffic was intense mostly community time I had to spent between 2 to 3 hours for to be at home. So, after 8 hours worked I had to spent more like 6 hours per day off from my house between both aways 




This job isn't housed in an office.  Your office is the client's home. Great position to know what an individual may or may not experience in the future.  Different job's allow you the opportunity to work with other Caregiver's as a Team.  The needs of the client's come first before our own.  Learning the personal history of each and every client is priceless.

Depending on which dept you work, you make more or less. I've worked with two other agencies before, I would recommend this over the others for simple fact that they pay one of the highest rates among nursing agencies. They've good inservices and annual skills lab which is really helpful. This company is not corporate as far as I know and ran into owner couple of times. Tho its still a business, they care about their employees a lot more than any corporate places I work.

Start work at 8am, sign on to Quickbooks payroll accounting system, audit timesheets, check and answer emails, work on any problems.

Co-workers were great. We worked great as a team.

Hardest part of the job was getting proper training.

Most enjoyable part of the job was working with the in field office employees.

I work for them on a contract basis.  I have other clients in different industries. I'm impressed how the decisions they make will take into account how employee(s) are impacted.  This was especially true during COVID. It helps that the owners of a company staffed by many health care workers are RNs. There is an element of empathy that seems to be missing from employers nowadays.
