Management is horrible!  Everyone hates coming to work. Unfair and very low pay rate. People who have been there for years make less than the new hires. Starting pay is very low and the amount of work is overwhelming. Boring, useless information from the weekly town hall meetings. I have never worked at a place where people dislike their managers so much and are so unhappy. Very toxic. Thank goodness it’s hybrid. We don’t have to see our manager everyday. Some people are nice and some never say a word. We have had people start then leave the same week. The turnover is crazy!  In some departments, they are outsourcing. Sales are so low employeed are scared of layoffs. Customers are going to competitors due to poor customer service.  Feels like management dislikes the employees. Stay away- Run away!  

This company was good when I started over a decade ago. Milestone anniversaries are only recognized at management levels or for manager favorites. No advancement opportunities. They routinely hire or place internal employees in departments they have no knowledge of, Managers have no "bedside manner" and use threats of disciplinary action or termination regularly, yearly wage increases are labeled as cost of living/merit combined so your increase is actually negative when you figure it out, policies and procedures are put in place with little to no notice or explanation and daily changes are made to them, All managers would benefit from some training, Even the president of the company broke all of his promises when he took over.

The worst working experience of my professional career.  The president is a unqualified and no one really understands what he does, constantly changing direction and inconsistent messaging.  Management is for the most part inexperienced in the working world let alone at managing.  Definite favoritism for certain people.  You will never work somewhere with as much turn over.  Week to week, you don't know who works there anymore or there are randomly new people. People sleeping on their breaks in common spaces.  Just an embarrassment of an organization.   HR department is bloated and incompetent, not knowing basic employee law.   

There is major favoritism within in this company. Management promotes a toxic work cultural, even though they always talk about career advancement and career banding, there is none unless you are part of the clique. Company is very big and successful so anyone can be replaced regardless of productivity and seniority.
Others are allowed to be idle during work hours and not assist with daily routines. You are expected to work more than 8 hours and if you don't, you are berated and treated poorly.   The COO/CEO constantly yells at the leadership team in meetings.

They started off well but after new management took over you could see favoritism taking over as well. Company is very big and successful so anyone can be replaced regardless of productivity and seniority . There is no career advancement or professional develop. Lastly, others are allowed to be idle during work hours and not assist with daily routine. 

A typical work day doesn't exist. No process, no structure and no one here knows what they are doing. Change happens daily and often not communicated. Pay is poor for the working conditions. People quit every day. This place is toxic and management does the bare minimum to acknowledge anything.

I have been with SEB for 6 years. It is a very challenging work environment. Luckily the people I work with are very kind and helpful. We all work together to accomplish the tasks at hand. It is a hybrid schedule which everyone enjoys. You get to socialize and collaborate 3 days a week and then focus on your work for the other two.

This is just a terrible place to work.  Horrible management.  Completely unprofessional.  Highly politicized with favoritism.  Total lack of direction and goals.  Utter nonexisting training for new employees.  Overall, terrible place.

Flexible with regards to working at home. Challenging and fun, no micromanaging. Management are fair and easy to work with. Healthcare and other benefits are great. You feel valued as an employee
