Leadership, in particular, seems disengaged from the day-to-day realities faced by staff. There is little evidence of meaningful investment in employee support, fair compensation, or safe and sustainable working conditions. Decisions often feel top-down and misaligned with both operational needs and community priorities.

Perhaps most concerning is the gap between the organization’s stated mission and its real-world impact. There is a missed opportunity to truly support and uplift the community it represents, which ultimately undermines trust and long-term credibility.

Until there is a shift toward accountable leadership, transparent communication between departments, and a genuine commitment to employee well-being and community responsibility, it will be difficult for this organization to reach its full potential.



Days were longer than necessary because of poor work routine. In my time there, I was working 12-13 hours every work day. This meant that during the winter you might not see the sun for 3-4 days at a time because you were also not allowed to leave the casino for lunch. You clock in it was dark, you clock out it was dark.  The pay was poor considering other local casinos offered at least $2 more an hour. Get your Count Team experience here if you must but use it to move on to another casino.

Management is very wishywashy and will not make definite decisions. If you have a disability, don’t even consider, they hate anyone with disabilities like autism. The work isn’t hard, it’s just the other people that work there that cause problems.

Work was stressful, never got any help, was constantly being taken advantage of and felt unappreciated. 
Workplace had it's perks but wasn't always enjoyable.
