We would take turns either pulling product of the shelves for orders or at the packing table packing product from each order and getting it ready to be shipped.
I learned how the pulling and packing job worked and how to be quick and accurate with it.
Management wasn't the best to work with. Stood around a lot and didn't work with us well.
My co-workers and I got along really well and worked well together.
Getting to know the process in the beginning was difficult, but learned it well.
Being active and getting to know where all the product was located on the shelves to get faster was enjoyable.

Process daily paperwork for all drivers, and log their sales for the day. At the end of the week gather all and send to Corporate office in GA. Answer telephone calls and take messages for  Regional Manager. Assist employee in translating their concerns to the main office.

A Family Owned business with 20+ employees working in the communications industry. Familial interaction within a hard working environment but took time for regular outings and company BBQs and other events.
