Overall job is good. But the company does not handle employee issues at all! Always an excuse as to why they can’t do something. Issues between are never settled. Employees be arguing and cussing in front of soldiers we are suppose to be taking care of and the company just looks the other way. Employees sleeping and taking calls why with patients. But again the company does nothing! When employees bring up what is going on we are told “ Well your not suppose to be on your phone while working, so are you calling on a non paid break?” Also the insurance sucks, but we all just went union so we got a few things we deserve! I would look at other contracting company’s if possible 

Saratoge Medical has been around for 30 years.  No one in the company is trained in medicine.   I was employed full time.  I lost my job with no notice.  As a Veteran I was shocked at what I saw on the base.  I reported it to my immediate leadership with the military and to Saratoga-no response   I was written up regularly.  The indiviguals allowed to do this were clearly not professionals as evidensed by the poor grammer and a gross lack of basic medical knowledge in the write ups.

Work at this company for 5 months, the whole transición was a nightmare , but the place where I was assigned was awesome, coworkers were fantastic , but the work add was misleading completely, sound like you was working for the Marines Department and you was only under a contractor, everything were wrong after I found it.. no support from the Saratoga Medical Center at all, and after you decide to move on, they close the door to you and block any new opportunities with the Marines Department, never again.




I have been in my position for 6 years and the last year I have been with Saratoga. I feel that I always have access  to my contacts at the company. They are always quick with an answer an eager to reply. Communication is excellent. They have always been great at keeping  me abreast on the status of of the terms of my contract. They have provided me with fair compensations and yearly reviews.

I started working in one clinic and then was asked to work in another clinic. Patient loads were about the same but there was not sufficient time throughout an eight hour shift to complete charting. I was not allowed to do any charting outside the clinic. The supervisory staff at the Air Force Base was non-communicative.

I sincerely love my job of treating American Navy sailors who come to me in moderate to severe post surgical pain.  A most challenging job and Saratoga Medical has allowed me to work after my 31 years of Naval service and I'm grateful for the opportunity.

Unresponsive contracting company with no administrative oversight and impossible to call anybody or reach anyone via phone or email. The contract was ending yet no transparency about that with me. Only good thing was the pay. The client at MacDill was terrible , over worked way too much paperwork and encouraged to practice unethically.

I have been working at Saratoga Medical in various assignments. I have always been pleased with the recruiters and the assignments given. During one assignment I had some issues and I found the management of Saratoga Medical to be very supportive and doing their best to help resolve the problems. The benefits in terms of insurance etc. are great.

Very poor company to work for! A lot of the information they provide you is VERY misleading so be careful that you ask a lot of questions in the interview process. Make sure to ask about travel details and reimbursement details for job-related responsibilities. 

As a Contracted RN on the AFB, I had a Superior who could not provide me with any help with my co-worker and supposed mentor.  She clearly did not want to spend time orienting me to the job; nor did she want to let me have cases.  Consequently, with my Superior's approval, I went around the facility looking for other jobs I could perform and still remain true to my contract.
