I have worked at Scheduling Institute for 6 years and one of my favorite things about the company is that there are so many opportunities to grow. I have learned so much in the time that I have been at SI. I have even had the CEO of the company personally develop me as a marketer and has encouraged me and communicated that he wants to see me succeed. There are very few companies that the CEO will spend time to actually develop and work with an employee to make them more valuable. In my time at SI I have also had opportunities to work in different area's of the company which has also expanded my knowledge and expertise on a broad range of skills. On top of all of that, the CEO is committed to a fun and engaging culture so that employees are appreciated and encouraged. If you want to join a company that is committed to a fun, motivating and encouraging environment where you will be developed personally and professionally to be the best version of yourself, then I would recommend applying for a job at Scheduling Institute. Be ready to work hard and be flexible in the process, and the reward for your efforts will be generous and motivating.

There are many perks such as free food and fun outings. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The overall structure, however, needs much improvement. You'll usually start out in a role and then advance to another role or multiple roles and before you know it you'll be working many hats with the same pay you started with because none of those details get sorted out. They get you excited about taking on new roles and it seems like you're advancing but when it comes time to pay, they don't do their part. Roles are constantly changing and there's always people coming in and out. This is why I feel like there is never a constant structure because people don't have clear roles and/or too many roles. 
Therefor they are overworked for unfair compensation which in turn allows for lack of caring which directly impacts our company's structure. I'd best describe this company as a constant moving body of water and there's always a high chance you'll get caught in the rip tide.

If you're wanting a career that is purposeful, full of opportunities, motivating, and inspiring Scheduling Institute is the place to work! I have grown so much not only professionally, but personally as well. We are passionate about giving back to the community, helping clients and their team members reach their full potential. Everyone always ask me as a mom, "how do you travel and work with having a little one?". The answer to me is simple, what we do here is bigger than me and I love what I do.  Jay (the CEO) will push you- to become the best version of yourself while setting goals. I get to wake up every morning, and go to a place of work that is filled with the most kind, generous, positive, and inspiring go-getters. On top of ALL that- we have SO MUCH FUN! We work hard, but we also celebrate the big wins- like an all company trip to an all inclusive resort in MEXICO! 

Most employees are fun and bubbly, however the poor leadership negates the fun environment. If you aren't stressed with too much on your plate, then the leadership team will likely "eliminate the position" or create a hybrid role, so you have more responsibilities. 
There was no job security - every couple of months the CEO would call the leadership team and tell them to fire the "bottom 10%" AKA the weakest link on each team.

The company stands for a great concept, however they do not practice what they preach.

Incentive plans don't make any sense for each particular role.

CEO is moody. Leadership plays favorites.

The number one thing about this place is its people. The people are so kind, they are results oriented, and truly care about the business and our clients success. 
The business and the owner make a strong effort to keep the building in really good shape. Having a nice place to work in every day is a highlight. They recognize those who are top contributors on a consistent basis verbally, publicly and financially and I appreciate that. If you are the top sales person, you should be recognized! 
Overall, the company has a great mission and the results our clients get are unmatched. 

There are many different positions at The Scheduling Institute with varying salaries, perks, frustrations, and pros and cons-- just like any company. My favorite part of this company is that it's fun, the people are great- amazing coworkers, and I've learned a lot from working there

The hiring process attracts great people! It is those people that keep you motivated to stay there. Great money, but you work extremely hard for it! The "leadership" team is young and inexperienced and it is more a popularity contest than performance or smarts based. They are threatened by the good people that they actually hire! If they don't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you.

Scheduling Institute is a fast-paced, fun place to work. There is a larger mission for the company than just revenue - SI genuinely wants to help doctors succeed and then give 10% to their communities. If you are a young person who is willing to work hard, you will be given a lot of opportunities for career growth! There is a casual and friendly vibe to the company when we are not putting on events or trainings. When we ARE putting on client-facing experiences, we put on an incredible show with all the bells and whistles - it is really exciting to see!

Been here for 10 years, and plan to go for another 10!  Best CEO - gives company the training we need to advance and teaches principle based strategies. Team is AMAZING, great culture, fun activities. VERY results-driven company. Team full of go-getters and achievers. Looking forward to next 10 years. Love the autonomy, and trust to get my job done. There are high expectations so if you don't thrive in that environment, this is not the place for you :) if you like a challenge and like to succeed - this is the best place to work!

I think this company is a great place to work if you love being productive! The workplace culture has improved since I started working here and so have the benefits! The more work I do the more value I bring, which is why sometimes it can seem that you get pulled in multiple directions to help multiple people. The hardest part of the job would be the work/life balance; the more you enjoy where you work and the people you work with, the more you care about getting things done before heading home.
