Do yourself a favor and don’t work here. You’re constantly short staffed, no supplies is ever readily available, communication is nonexistent from management. Management is catty and enjoys talking about other employees with whomever will listen. You’ll work short staffed every day and be blown off when voicing your concerns - “it’s just the way it is,” but can never find management when you need assistance with anything. Not sure why lower ranked employees are shocked they can’t keep people when it’s the most unwelcoming place I’ve ever been employed at. 

ACTIVITY cordenator need replacement asap rude Nasty to people an residents but think they being helpful this place is terrible feelbad for residents need new management also good caregivers that will treat their love ones the same need compassionate people Some of the CNA are awesome most  do they jobs residents asked to be changed it's ridiculous 

Loved the residents, Loved the employees. Shame that management is easily influenced by one person and does not wish to hear all sides. People get terminated left and right without reason. People are sneaky and shady there and makes great employees want to leave.

Terrible administration,employee backstabing is rampant.It used to be a nice place to work with long term employees who acted like family. Now it is full of new hires and agency staff, no one cares how they treat anyone. Staff are very under valued by upper management. 

Great hardworking staff, loved interacting with patients in short and long term settings. Learned about different diseases and disorders, and time management..

Although we're sometimes short staffed, because of the teamwork from staff and management it makes the day go smooth.  Continually learning due to in-services. Best part is making a difference in so many lives.

Was a great place to work for. Enjoyed the residents.  Getting to know the families,  and the residents.  Enjoyed activities  on th eff facilities  with the residents.

Need better support and help from management. Especially while working short staffed. Poor team players amongst the CNA’s and some nurses. Feel divided. 

Schoellkopf Health Center is a excellent place to work.  It is a five star facility.  The staff knows there jobs and they do it well.  The residents are very well taken care of.

It is a 5 star facility.  Supportive and caring co workers.  Great location.  Clean environment.  Good Benefits.  On a bus route.  Has a Tim Hortons and café.
