Pretty good as far as sales jobs go, but only if you're hardcore into sales. The base pay is 4 grand a month(which is paid on a monthly basis) but you work alone going from building to building trying to get into places you're not allowed into most of the time. You're selling to medical labs in your own territory, and security guards almost never let you in. And thats if youre even able to find your clients from your client list. Most of the time, management barely gives you an address and you have to be a part-time PI. Hours are long, and you have several meetings(some outside of work hours) every day. If you really put your all into it, you can get paid crazy well, but it was too stressful for me with all the meeting, emails, and clients you have to manage with little direction. You work alone and when you talk to co workers in meetings it's super awkward. The trainer they give you is terrible, hard to understand, and only tells you to review some videos they made every time you try to talk to them about anything, then they scold you if you ask for help. Management tries to be helpful, but it's really just not for everyone.

After accepting the offer I heard nothing for 2 weeks regarding the first day until the night before I was supposed to start. I had no plan or training or anything given to me to begin. I was given a link to a video of someone with broken English talking over a slide show. There was zero support and zero guidance. Just a weird PowerPoint presentation. From there it was basically good luck. I never knew who could help with certain tasks and everything I accomplished was through my manager who I felt like I had to bother multiple times a day to perform my daily tasks. 

Management was expanding without really analyzing whether or not a sales rep was necessary. I ended up getting hired for a dud territory and then got laid off after only 4 weeks because there wasn't enough sales opportunities in the area. A quick 10 minute look through the territory data would've told them that. If I had known this I would've turned down the job and kept applying elsewhere. The team leaders and members were great though. 

I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues and management . The team culture here is collaborative and inclusive, making it easy to share ideas and seek help when needed .There are many opportunities for professional development and the chance to take on new challenges .It is a place where you can feel valued, grow professionally .

Very poor and toxic work culture. Manager does not know what’s going on either and no progression opportunities. 

Work is all over the place with no real guidelines or goals. Very poor communication between executives and no respect for work life balance or accountability 

I feel more comfortable and more supported than I ever have before. The employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been working here over a year now, and I have not heard any grumbling about the company or the co-workers

The only reason I'd give a one star is I have no choice, but if I do, I will give them ZERO ratings. The whole company was based in mainland China, don't even expect any professional growth if you choose to work there.

This was the best company I have ever worked for! The CEO was super understanding of single mothers with children and was not over bearing, Mild stress level working for this company.

GOOD working environment, nice leader and manager, friendly and helpful colleagues, collaboration, competitive salary, fixed holidays, learned a lot in terms of communication with customers, understanding customers needs and contribution to company growth

Great opportunity and room for growth. Management staff is very supportive with numerous tools for training and development. If you are very self-motivated and have the drive to do well, you will succeed in this role.
