I hired on with Serva Health in 2018. The culture is outstanding! The RN's are extremely nice to one another and there is none of the backstabbing you see at other healthcare companies. I wanted this to be a lifelong, remote nursing position. I was very happy there.

However, management is very flaky! The hiring process is terrible! You feel like you are being pranked, and that there is actually NO JOB AVAILABLE! When they finally come around to hiring you, the HR manager- Christian- tells you what you want to hear: he tells ALL NEW RNS the same story- "You scored very high on the pre-employment testing, your experience Is astounding, and we feel like we need to pay you more than the $20/hr that we normally pay an RN. We decided that we want to come in at $22.50 just for you".

Well this is what he tells every single nurse. Word for word. It is sad that a company thinks all of the nurses they hire are too stupid to check out the company with other nurses!

A wonderful opportunity for a RN to work from home. The staff is wonderful.  Everyone from Owner, VP, HR, case managers, I.T. and supervisors. The team of nurses are wonderful.  All very professional and approachable. Training can be intense with the different programs they manage. You must be good with different types of software programs and able to multitask. multitaskmultproficientlook y.

This was a new setting for me a year ago. I have found the staff of Serva and management to be very caring and welcoming. Great team, that works hard for their clients and patients they serve.I have learned a great deal related to clinical trials and studies as well as rare disease management. Most enjoyable part of job is when you can help someone remotely to get involved in a study or trial to help them achieve their health goals.

Great company with nice management who is very helpful. Job security very poor due to them depending on having enough big clients to keep you in a job. If you are the new person, you are the first to be called off and the first to go. If the work would have been plentiful and consistent, then I would have been happy to retire from this job. But be sure to ask the hiring team and managment if there is enough work to keep you on before you quit your existing job.

This work is about trial drug studies where patients are enrolled. Hardest part is answering calls in the wee hours especially if not a night owl.  Am still learning the ropes so the true working culture has yet to be determined. 

Productive and fun work totally remote speaking with people over the phone enrolling them into research studies. I had done similar work in the past but this was more enjoyable, fellow nurses were more willing to work together.

The schedule is down right insane with no shift differential 
Hiring process is jumping through hoops for mere coins 
Training inadequate 
No they have these expectations but want to pay RNs so poorly 

The support you get from the coworkers is like nothing I have experienced. You actually feel like a team. Sometimes upper management communication is lacking but overall gets the job done. 

I would definitely recommend working with Serva Health. Mostly for the employees there. They really welcome you and help you as much as they can. Understanding company. 

Working here is great! Everyone is very nice and the work life balance is awesome! The staff really works with you to train you and help you with any scheduling needs you may have.
