I hate to write bad reviews about anybody, but this was one that I could not let slide. My experience working here was the worst. Management is of the utmost absurdity when it comes to doing your job. Management for one does not even know what goes on on a daily basis. The job in and of itself was not a hard job but not mentally engaging with tons of down time. I will not mention names in this review but whomever reads this will know of whom I speak. Management will refuse to pay for your parking and therefore, you will lose days of work if you can not provide your own parking expenses or opt not to take the train or bus. You are pretty much forced to take the train or bus if they refuse to pay for your parking.
 "I will not pay for your parking and for your days work"- was the words actually spoken to me. I really liked the law firms i worked at and the employees i worked with. I warn all who apply, management will treat you like an expendable asset if you even give off the inclination that you are not looking to make this job permanent. You will never see a dime for holiday bonus, and you will never get an apology from some members of upper management even when the mistakes are their own. You will be told not to accept certain gifts and gratitude's from the firm that you are placed in such as vacation time provided by the firm in which you are placed in.

I started working there excited and ready and very enthusiastic for a long term- settled career within a great Job, upon interview they don’t even tell you that your first day you have to drive very far and pay for your own parking ticket, not that it matters but at least advise the person so they are aware. that doesn’t even count for when you actually start working the job, the staff is so miserable and fake. only the people from the firm actually are nice and keep it real and tell you. nobody actually works. there’s no type of training whatsoever. they teach you to how to refill copy paper and clean machines and do what they don’t want to do themselves lol quite a career opportunity. i was getting sent to places in downtown where even the attorneys i served told me i was to smart for this job yet i got let go for a miscommunication. there own managers of the job do whatever they want and because i actually take my job serious and one day didn’t know how to proceed im heavily penalized?? very uncalled for…coming from a place promising a thriving environment and very flexible with hours and days. i worked a good month for this place and again i love it because it was boring and i was getting paid to sit. but if your looking for a career opportunity and you wanna work hard. this job isn’t for you they will send you to lame places and weird people and you will do nothing. but everyone else was nice. i wouldn’t recommend. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The Value of Feed Back, If you some form of understanding of the work that is being done in the location that you are in. They are opened to hear what input you have.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Time frame, Like any job time is a factor. 
Speak with the client let them know every factor of the job that might add time to completing the request. The main factor is they need to know if this is a last minute request, would be if they are willing to pay for the Overtime needed to completed the request. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Like any office Environment, It doesn't matter what type of office you in because the basic are the basics in every office service job. Pens, Writing Pads, Highlighters Etc. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Making sure the Office is ready in the morning for the client, seeing if there are meeting meeting that will be needing a setup and what type of setup would be needed, if a training is taking place that we have to items ( Pens, Writing Pads, etc.) If Coffee and Water would be needed. If lunch would be included.

I've learned so much different things working at Services On Site. I learned how important it is to work at a law office, and how to deal with very time sensitive materials. The attorneys are great to work with even under busy, and stressful times for them. I learned to use different computer software programs. 

The management helped me become who I am today. Assisting me with the answers to questions I had. Teaching me new things that came out in the firms. 

My co-workers were great to work along side of. We were like a family. Always kept me smiling. 

The hardest part of this job was when it came down to trial time for the attorneys. They were stressed out, so at times they wouldn't have the best attitudes. This is something that i can handle at anytime. The pressures at an office is very easy for me to deal with.

The best part of this job is the respect earned from the people you work with on a daily basis, and the bonuses of course.

When working for this company there are two options, permanent at a good law firm or float team. If you are on the float team, you are not guaranteed to be working every day, so don't be surprised if you don't make a full 40 hour week, don't expect any holiday bonuses or special perks. If you are permanent at  a firm like I was, the firm will often treat you like family and often give bonuses for your great contributions, as well as treat you as one of their own employees. If this is a big firm, expect to have a site manager micro managing you and reminding you that your a guest, even if the office manager for the firm treats you like a regular employee. The best part of the job is that they offer a school program where they will pay 40% of your tuition depending on the school you choose.

A typical day consist of enrolling employee's in a call center environment and educating them so that they can make an informed selection.
In this position I've been able to become a specialist in benefits administration.
The hardest part of the position is during Open Enrollment when calls are back to back with no breaks but dedication from all co-workers to accomplish another great Open Enrollment.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the sense of team work and the department working together to complete all tasks.

In this position you learn to work with various information systems such as outlook or excel to enter and record data. Transferring physical documents into PDF or other file types was a daily operation. The workplace was a fast paced environment due to the amount of attorneys cases you are handling on a daily basis. The most challenging part of the job was keep up with the work load and completing projects by the tight deadlines, and the most enjoyable part of the job was to experience working with a multitude of different personalities and working together to reach a common goal.

Services On-Site is reputable in the respect that you’ll be underpaid and over worked. You will be staffed in another company & be the face of SOS. As an SOS representative you will be tasked with anything & everything by the business with no support from SOS. Job duties expand infinitely & raises from SOS are nonexistent. Overall, they offer no room for growth, they are NOT a supportive employer, & the wages are nothing compared to what you’ll make at any business directly instead of as a staffing solution with SOS

The job will work with you. The pay wasn't great but there is room for growth. I became a manager after 2 months of working. I would copy, scan and mail for the law firms that I worked for. This was also an outsourcing company. I enjoyed the schedule and flexibility. However, I did not enjoy floating to different law firm, especially in West Palm Beach, when I live in North Miami.

Recruiter for Services On-Site.  Have been employed for 26 years.  Could not be in a better organization.  I have daily challenges like anyone in this position.  I welcome the challenges and strive to recruit the best talent to service our customers.  Stable organization, even through this unplanned COVID period.    I have the pleasure of working hand in hand with the CEO and other administrative staff.
