Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been disappointing, primarily due to poor corporate leadership and an unacceptable work-life balance. Upper management often makes major decisions without consulting those directly impacted, forcing departments to completely overhaul their workflows without proper investigation or understanding of day-to-day operations.

Middle management is routinely undermined, making it nearly impossible for them to lead effectively. When complaints are made, there is a clear failure to gather both sides of the story, and HR protocols are often disregarded. This creates a culture of distrust and confusion, where employees do not feel heard or supported.

The lack of structure, accountability, and open communication at the leadership level severely impacts morale and productivity. I hope future improvements focus on empowering management, respecting HR processes, and fostering a healthier work environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of communication in daily procedures. The lack of respect and support from persons in Management. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is stressful and the culture is not what they promised it was. The culture is high turnover and no support from management. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
High stress with reports and compliance. Ensuring that reports are ran timely, ensuring that clinicians have a specified number of units each day and if they don’t, communicate that to supervisor and pull patients from later in the week to fill the empty spots, and ensuring that clinical documents are faxed appropriately to keep the following MD and hospitals in the know about patients.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people and the flexibility 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no stress at all. It’s been an Amazon company . 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They really want to see you succeed 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Taking care of our patients and making sure they are taken care of and grow the company.

Great place to work with great co-workers. Very respectful and caring to their staff and community. The staff is always going above and beyond to help patients with their needs.

This team works hard to take great care of the patients.  We are respected by leadership.   This is the best job I have had in healthcare.  I highly encourage healthcare professionals who want to make a real difference in people’s lives to apply with Seva.
