I currently work at Seva Medical as a Clinical Support Associate, and overall it has been a very positive experience. The teamwork here is truly exceptional—my coworkers are incredibly supportive, always willing to help out, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. It creates a workplace environment that feels collaborative, uplifting, and encouraging both professionally and personally. The entire team, management and lower, is extremely kind and welcoming to any new staff.

Management is attentive and communicative, and they do a great job of working with employees when time off or schedule accommodations are needed. The providers are also wonderful to work with, making the day-to-day workflow smooth and enjoyable.

The pay is very competitive for my position and location. The schedule is consistent with no required overtime, and although there is occasional on-call coverage, it’s infrequent and manageable. Health, vision, and dental benefits are offered, which is appreciated.

My main reason for giving four stars instead of five is the limited benefits. PTO accrual is minimal, and there is currently no 401(k) or life insurance plan offered. That said, Seva Medical is a small but growing company, and from what I understand, additional benefits may be added as the organization expands.

In terms of challenges, the volume of calls and faxes can sometimes become overwhelming. However, the strong support from my coworkers makes even the busiest days manageable.

Overall, Seva Medical is a great place to work if you value teamwork, communication, and a supportive environment. I truly appreciate how everyone gets along and celebrates each other’s achievements, both inside and outside of work. It is rare to find a work community like this, especially in a remote setting.
