A typical day at work will involve entering the building, greeting fellow employees, settling in, and then entering the laboratory immediatly getting started on whatever assignment you are given. Inside the lab I have learned a lot about how blood specimens become seperated by centirfuging them into the form of serum, how blood slides are analyzed by the shape of the blood, and how tuberculosis specimens are prepared and tested. The COO and assistant COO are constantly inspecting each department checking to see if each employee is doing their job and not breaking any laboaratory policies. The culture of the workplace is very diverse. Some employees get a long great while others do not with confrontations. The hardest part of the job is trying to manage the many assignments given and simultaneously not getting involved with workplace drama. The most enjoyable part of the job is recieving food during lab week as well as holiday events.

My review of the courier position:
Honestly I would only recommend this job to the desperate or a student in need of a summer job. There is no room for growth here whatsoever. My opinion on the leadership is mixed. There are two supervisors that work the morning and night shift respectively. The night shift manager is a very nice guy. Very understanding and will make sure to help to you to the best of his ability. The same cannot be said about the morning shift manager. The guy comes off as nice but is disrespectful and patronizing especially if you’re a younger person. He’s the type to blame you for doing something he failed to tell you about. No accountability and just a low quality individual. Theres a lot of favoritism amongst drivers and some will get better routes than others. For examples some drivers exclusively do routes that come with a company car. While you may only the company car one day out of the week. Yet the person who does not use their own car gets paid the same amount as you. The company does not care about the wear and tear on your vehicle. To make matters worse your fellow drivers have no respect for company property. They beat the cars up horribly and make everyone else suffer for it. 

The typical day at work for the costumer service department at "Sherman Abrams lab"   is answering phone calls and helping the client. then  reporting the call into the system.
 What I learned at my job while working for the costumer service department at "Sherman Abrams lab" was, that being patient and persistent, while dealing with uptight costumers  are both, very important skills to have in the workplace, and beyond. 
I hope this was a help.
The management are very understanding and caring individuals.
The culture is basically typical Brooklyn "do whatever you want as long as its not bothering other employees.
Id say the hardest part of the job is that there is nothing to complain about...
  The most enjoyable part of the job is the meaningful satisfaction that you'll get.

Just having a job to go too
And being able to have money too pay my bills

No raise, no room to grow!  No support from supervisors,   And nobody is a team player

Have no ideal  I work alone in a Iop office and it is very small

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
There is no stability there everyday you don’t know the hrs u are working  when the office is going too closed  and the hrs you were giving you don’t work it  it is always subtracted not because of you and there is no compensation for it

What is the best part of working at the company?
Independent work load as in you sit at a desk and process specimens. Repetitive but perfect for introverts like me. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Specimens coming in late so you literally have to get most, if not all of it processed which will make you come out of work later. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic work environment, a bunch of bullies and people talking non sense and very loud and ghetto.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Grab a lab coat, grab a pair of gloves, grab a specimen tray, grab a bucket of specimens, sit at a cubicle with a working computer and start processing specimens.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Management are very helpful, the work flow is steady and the employees are really nice

Helpful management and the iop I work in the staff are excellent

Wonderful the culture is diverse there are different nationalities 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great I love my job it’s very busy and I love it that way

Near to my home. Location is not to far from my home.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I have to use my own personal vehicle to transport specimens and supplies to there destinations.

Very nice and diverse atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Positions varies, but I would say that the day can be busy at times.

Responsible for ordering and restocking  reagents and supplies for warehouse, Replenished laboratory with reagents and office w, filled supply orders placed by clients ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.  Arranged for proper delivery and pick up of orders. Followed the rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, managed labor cost by properly scheduling staff

If they hire you to work full time, get ready to work during the weekend to make up your hours. They are very unprofessional, to talk to the workers. If you try to get in touch with someone is impossible. They won’t give you any type of training. Fire you for no reason, when they no longer need you. Floats, drive long distance and don’t get pay more for driving and using their personal car.

Not being micro managed by Leadership

Can’t think of anything at this current time

Very relaxed no complaints about the work environment

Busy in the mornings, slow in the afternoons
