A company I left and never looked back as did everyone else on my team. Turnover is ridiculously high here. At this company you will find yourself having to work nights and weekends just to stay afloat, NOT to get ahead.

Only a good company to work for if you are fresh out of college needing a job or want to get your first job in a corporate environment. I found most people stay no longer than 2 years and run. You actually find yourself congratulating your coworkers that put in their 2 weeks because they have found the strength to leave a toxic work relationship.

Upon hire you will find yourself immediately thrown into the mix, being assigned project after project with little to no structured training on any of the tasks you must perform unless you are lucky enough to find someone who will sacrifice their time to help you. "Baptism by fire" environment. 

Only good thing is that if you are a hard working employee you will be promoted and salary raised much quicker than other companies. My salary was raised 3K just after 3 months of working there because they are that desperate for hard workers. But for me and others to leave a company that gives frequent raises, there must really be a problem here. I enjoyed some perks at this company, but was more miserable than anything due to the unreasonable workload. If you are willing to give up all of your after hours time and some... Work here.

The company has a great number of benefits--good pay, ability to work from home, flexible scheduling, on-site cafeteria, and a new, modern office. However this all fails to inspire when you are managed by those that choose to push their failures onto others and make excuses for themselves. This management team likes to assume that the employees will self-manage for all situations and always be in perfect communication. There is also considerable lag time when it comes to issue items that need to be worked through. Managers tend to wait until month-end for many issues that are brought to their attention weeks earlier, and will be dismissive of your concerns about an item before scrambling to correct things to meet a deadline. The bottom line is: management is meant to manage the team and know where holes need to be plugged in order for tasks to move forward, and that is not something that the managers here are familiar with.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Working remotely. Team meetings in the morning and working on your own the rest of the day.  Able to  start work early and finish early in the day, or start later if you need to do something personal. Can even finish work in the evening.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There were periods where you have more work due to covering for vacations. Periods of high turnover which caused a heavier work load.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Multi cultural environment, supportive but sometimes you dont get enough feedback 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
team meeting, work on assigned tasks, communicate with project managers, developers, business intelligence as needed. Report work on tasks in time tracking software

Signant Health is a very toxic environment, full of nepotism, gossip and back-stabbing.  If you don't fit into a manager's mold, you will have a miserable time there, regardless of how well you do your work.  Mid-level managers expect to be worshipped, and though there are some great people in upper management, your line manager may be inexperienced, and insecure, leading to very bad promotion choices.  If you're just starting out, it's a great short-term networking opportunity into the industry, but if you are an experienced professional, do yourself a favor, and stay far, far away, you'll have less value than the coffee machine.  This place will traumatize you!

Company is owned by a venture capitalist firm who’s only about the unrealistic bottom line than about what’s best for their people . I’m in sales , targets  and commission structure changes almost monthly , then they make you sign a new commission plan when the quarter is almost over and pay you retro active to the date they thought of the new idea on how to pay you less and not affective the day you signed  . So you never know quarter to quarter what your commission pay will be , which targets you will truly be invented on and how your work will be measured . Very sad because it is a good team of good people , higher ups are horrible and always creating fluff work so the numbers can look good so they can sell the company again .

The company is innovative and makes changes to improve the employee experience. There is plenty of support for to learn and onboard.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The constant changes of policy. The lack of consistent documenting of training for new policies.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture is fast paced but the employees are supportive.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Multiple client meetings throughout the day along with some downtime to complete work.

Toxic environment due to the company’s leadership being unqualified, reactive, and dismissive of feedback. Questioning decisions or demands often results in either termination or public reprimands, particularly from the COO.  

Despite increase in customer projects, layoffs continue, overloading remaining staff. Decisions lack planning, change management, and data; tenured employees are undervalued, and acquisitions fail to integrate or succeed $. A demoralizing and unsustainable workplace sinking faster than the Titanic done by its own "leaders." Run away!


I thought this was a great company to work for at first. My coworkers were friendly and I was paid well, but after only 3 months it was announced that they were restructuring my department and eliminating my job. This was a shock to my manager since she had nothing but good things to say. 

This of course put me in an awful position. Not only am I out of work when few companies are hiring for my position, but I have a big black mark on my resume, because I only worked there for 3 months. 

Do not work here, they do not value you or your work. 

Signant is a special kind of place somehow trapped in 1995 in both business practices as well as morals. The HR files are filled to the brim with serious and severe complaints against people of c.l.r and yet, it stays the same. The company continues to be packed with "promoted" directors that don't have the intelligence to back the title, the moral compass to identify/address/and stand up for injustices, or the appropriate accountability. I am glad to see that the company is continuing to head in the downward trajectory that it has been on.

Working for the advancement of patient healthcare via the success of a clinical trial

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Short deadlines and long hours sitting

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Little time for internal training and no tuition assistance.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Read emails, setup meetings chase coworkers for information and typing.
