Don’t be fooled!  Signify doesn’t care about their providers, the members or the Medicare Advantage companies that they contract with.  The only thing this company excels at is empty promises in order to maximize their profits at all costs.  It will be surprising if this company remains viable long term based on their current business practices.

Their scheduling process is very poorly executed.  If you are lucky enough to be working in an area with available visits, they will schedule back to back exams every hour on the hour without regard to travel times between visits.  In their written material to members, they promise them a 60 minute unrushed visit. This is far from the truth.  In order to provide an accurate, thorough risk assessment on most of these members as Signify promises, a 50-60 minute minimum is necessary but is rarely provided.  Practitioners are constantly rushed and run behind since it’s not uncommon to have 45+ minute commute times between members. This significantly limits time for visits. Additionally, there are frequent scheduling errors such as incorrect addresses, non-working phone numbers, omission of apartment numbers, etc. that occur on a daily basis.  

The scheduling center is known to be relentless and untruthful to members in order to get people to agree to visits. Because of the high pressure tactics, some members will reluctantly agree to the visit to stop the calls but then voice frustration to the provider during the exam.  Some will even cancel or not be home during their scheduled appointment.  Most insurance companies that Signify contract with request additional testing to be completed on their members. Signify management has decided that no additional time should be allotted for testing such as FOBT, HgA1C, urine dips, bone density screening, vascular arterial studies or diabetic retinal exams despite the fact that these take up a considerable amount of time to complete in addition to the regular visit. As I stated previously, visits are scheduled back to back with no consideration of travel time between visits. Most of the time it is ethically impossible to complete 8-10 visits in 8-10 hours when travel time could realistically take over 3 hours during the course of a day. Signify is willfully blind to this problem.  I truly wonder if the insurance companies that Signify claims to “represent” know of their poor practices.

If Signify does not have work in your area they will require you to drive extremely long distances that take up time that you will not be reimbursed for.  Sometimes you will have to travel so far that overnight stays are required. Signify does not provide a travel incentive, a guaranteed minimum number of visits, or even a little reimbursement for meals when you are away from home.  Signify refuses to reimburse for meals while traveling but they exercise the frat boy practice of purchasing beer for their centrally located employees, managers and executives at their quarterly company meetings. During these meetings, record profits are discussed while concerns from providers working in the field are ignored. I believe this clearly shows where Signify’s priorities are.  

Do not expect your paycheck to be accurate.  It is a constant battle trying to ensure you are reimbursed for the services you provided.  Signify’s pay formula is confusing making it difficult for providers to accurately track what they are owed.  The company requires the HRAs be submitted the same day yet they can never seem to reimburse their providers in a timely manner for the visits. It is not uncommon to be shorted hundreds of dollars each pay. If you decide to work for Signify, be sure to closely monitor not only your pay but your PTO hours and other items on your paycheck that often aren’t accurate.  

Signify’s actions clearly show a total lack of respect for the providers working in the field. Unfortunately, they don’t understand the importance of providing a quality product and the value of retaining highly qualified providers who truly care about patients.  Despite being very profitable, according to our CEO, Signify suddenly eliminated guaranteed salaries for their full-time employees and, instead went to a per-diem rate with only a month’s notice.  In addition, they cut their reimbursement rate per visit from $100-$110 down to $80 per completed visit earlier this year. They also were very deceptive to their providers. Visits were promised so that the providers would remain at Signify. In many cases there was no work to be had.  Don’t think you will get a penny from them if a patient cancels or isn’t home since there is no reimbursement for no-shows/cancellations. Signify is reimbursed large amounts of money from the Medicare Advantage insurance companies for these visits and as well as additional sums for ancillary services such as labs, vascular studies, retinal exams, etc. Surprisingly, they provide no additional time or reimbursement to the providers for these time consuming tasks.  It is obvious they are not concerned with the quality or accuracy of assessments based on the unreasonable time frames they provide.  It is clear that this company is driven solely by a profit motive with no regard for the quality of their services.   

Do not believe their hiring ads when they say you can complete up to 50 visits a week with this company.  I’m a seasoned, highly respected provider with many years of experience with HRAs.  Believe me when I say that completing these amount of visits in one week is not possible, not with the travel times we experience, the additional testing they require and the complex members that are scheduled.

Interestingly, it is difficult to understand Signify’s policies and procedures. I have requested these multiple times with no coherent response.  It seems that policy and procedure changes at the whim of management and without proper notification and education of the staff. 

I will point out a few positive things about this company. It’s easy to schedule PTO time as long as you provide your request 4-6 weeks in advance.  Scheduling is pretty flexible with the choice between 8 or 10 hour days.  A rental car is provided if you provide more than three days of availability in a row. The 401K match is competitive but with Signify’s ever changing plans and lack of transparency, there is no guarantee they will continue this or any of their benefits.  The documentation system is easy to navigate and it does capture important data within the HRA but don’t let them make you believe that this system drastically saves time during the actual assessment because it doesn’t.  The new system has improved excessive documentation at the end of the workday, which has been another positive, but it doesn’t significantly improve visit times with members.  

Best of luck if you decide to work for this company because you will need it!

I have read the other comments about SignifyHealth (previously known as Censeo – no changes in admin personnel, so no change in structural ineptitude and profit-orientation). All the negative comments are correct.
SignifyHealth is the usual government scammer:  all about maximizing profits. They are low-bidders in order to get lucrative contracts, so they probably ONLY award their inner admin staff with adequate wages. Physicians out on the Front are treated miserably -- and I suspect they only get docs who are desperate, who have lost certain credentials, or are foreign medical graduates needing to establish residency in order to get a better job.
Here are my comments:
1) Management is abysmally derelict in responding to emails and questions, no matter how urgent you may label them. I have emailed my "handler" more than a dozen times about various issues and never received a response, even after repeated “re-send” emails -- UNLESS it involved information that HE needed.
2) I strongly suspect that there is an "inner circle" of employees who get preferential treatment, and these are the ones who write glowing reports, as well as get preferential treatment, such as certain job offerings that periodically are posted.
3) You get 45 minutes to complete a REQUIRED and THOROUGH review of past history, present history, and physical exam, including measurements (BP, wt/ht, pulse oximetry, orthostatics, sensory testing, and even labs in some cases).  These requirements far exceed what is expected of a PCP, and don’t forget, there is no ancillary staff who can take all the measurements and labs prior to the exam. AN ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT POINT HERE is that at least 80% of these patients/members are old and feeble, so getting responses from them is excruciatingly slow, even with the help of their spouses. For those who have seniors as patients in their practices, you know this population is never sure about their diagnoses, unsure about their meds, and unsure about their past med histories. REGARDLESS, you are required to get this information, and immediately enter it into the laptop computer. OH, don't forget the Physical Exam, which, of course, is very slow due to limited patient flexibility, understanding, and compliance.
AND THEN, your next patient typically is 20 miles away, and you race to get there, usually late -- which bumps all subsequent appointments back. Typically, I would start at 8AM, see 6 or 7 patients, and get back to my hotel around 7PM – all without eating.
THEN, I typically spent another 2-3 hours AFTER my full day of appointments, to complete the paperwork, as well as contacting all the clients for the next day to ensure that they were aware of the appointments and to get directions (which GPS tended to be incorrect or incomplete in about 30% of the cases).
I challenge anyone to perform, in front of me or in front of a neutral observer, the required intake and exam within 45 minutes, and further challenge them to complete 8 exams a day, and finish within 8 hours.-- to include finalizing and submitting all paperwork.
Oh, and there are no past medical records available, so essentially, you start at ground zero.  While Signify claims that the electronic records should show past information about the patient, virtually 99% of the time this information was lacking, incomplete, or false --- which just indicates that the physicians who have strived to complete exams and travel within one hour per patient were OBVIOUSLY fabricating their results or omitting sections of the required exam.
I strongly suspect that this will blow up in Signify's face one day when the pressure to curtail and fabricate encounters is revealed.  Of course, the company will easily (and legally) shift the blame to the physicians who have been struggling to meet their quotas – BUT, GO AHEAD AND TELL SIGNIFY STAFF ABOUT THE PROBLEMS IN MEETING THE MISSION 100% -- GOOD LUCK.

4) The reimbursement of $100 per patient boiled down to about $50 per patient -- not only due to the overtime I had to invest, but due to the excessive mileage/gas that I would burn up running from one rural county to the next, racing to the next patient; and, the stress (now that it has become justified to complain about job stress).
and DON'T FORGET THE LIABILITY AND STANDARDS TO WHICH YOU ARE BEING HELD. The Ford factory workers in my area get $55/hr, plus health and retirement benefits -- and definitely have NO comparable stress (they have strong unions).

5) The mandatory training is TIME CONSUMING and mostly ridiculous for a physician. It requires several hours (easily 4 hours due to the awkward flow of the training), especially since you can only move at a single pace (you cannot skip sections that you already know, and must listen all the way through a slow-talker reading a script).  Unlike many other companies, they do not reimburse you for your training time.
It is obvious that the training modules are just for medical-legal reasons to cover Signify's liability, to show that they made an honest effort to train the docs -- but couldn't help it if the docs "didn't get it."

5) The only possibly enjoyable part is interacting with the patients -- most of whom are geographically isolated, elderly, indigent, disabled, and just plain happy to get some personal medical attention. I was able to get a sense of actually helping them somehow in their lives -- BUT SIGNIFY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY CREDIT FOR THIS!!!! If they REALLY were concerned about their patients, they would change the culture of their organization and adjust the pay schedule for docs such that real quality time could be spent in order to adequately cover the CMS requirements.

I admit I took this job because I was desperate and wasn't expecting much to begin with. I'll start with a couple positives:

-The people that work here are generally nice.

-Your direct manager is probably pretty nice too.

-You'll get a good full benefits package, PTO and decent bonus structure right out of the gate (if they didn't no one would stay).

-You never have to take work home with you (with the exception that we work from home during the pandemic, and you'll likely develop a mental disorder, so I guess you take that with you).

The negatives:

-You'll call Medicare members on the phone incessantly for 8 hours per day, trying to book "health assessments." You'll be yelled at a lot, be called a scammer, etc.  Most members are older and some will have a difficult time understanding you. You'll try calling a lot of people who can't hear, have dementia or just passed away for example.

-You'll have to find out for yourself exactly how the company makes money, because they won't tell you in training (or ever). Basically, they're charging Medicare for the visits. Due to a loophole (kind of) insurance companies get more money from Medicare when one of their members has something "wrong" with them. The providers do the assessments so if there's an illness or something "wrong" the insurance companies can charge Medicare more money. 

"Health plans can profit because Medicare pays them higher rates for sicker patients using a billing formula known as a “risk score.” So when a home visit unearths a medical condition, as it often does, health plans may be able to raise a person’s risk score and collect thousands of dollars in added Medicare revenue over a year — even if they don’t incur any added expenses caring for that person. That’s been allowed under the billing rules."

The company acts like they're doing a great medical service, but in reality I'd say the service maybe benefits 5-15% of members (in their defense I have heard stories of members saying the visit saved their lives, but this is few and far between. Some members love this visit and do it every year but most will call it a complete waste of time and be upset you're calling). I don't doubt there are some members who benefit from a home visit, but most of these people have multiple doctors who see them often. 

It's really a Medicare money grab (you can look it up online, the home visits alone cost Medicare $3+ Billion). I'm not sure if they also charge Medicare per visit now, but believe me, they want as MANY APPOINTMENTS AS THEY CAN POSSIBLY GET. You can find all this information online. 

-You'll regurgitate the same script OVER and OVER and OVER ALL DAY LONG. It's absolutely mind-numbing, and a horrible way to spend your day. I absolutely dreaded going into work. I can honestly say I never had a good or fun day there. Somehow certain people don't seem to mind it though, so it might be alright for you, especially if you're used to the call center world.

-You are on STRICT TIME ALL THE TIME. You're timed the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. You can't go a minute over break without being talked to. The system will have glitches frequently and you'll be expected to take your breaks/lunches when it does, on their time, not yours. When it does have a glitch (which again is often) they'll just expect you to keep on calling people even though there's nothing you can do to book an assessment. It's truly ridiculous.

I expect this is part of the reason they have a call center in South Dakota, we have very few employee protection laws. They're not even required to give you a break in SD so at least they do that (but they'll be watching). 

-All you are at this company is a cog in the wheel, nothing more, which to be fair is to be expected at a call center. They don't care about you, they care about how many assessments you book so insurance companies (and therefore they) can get Medicare money.

-You'll get very little communication from upper management about anything that's going on. They're terrible at telling you why/how you're doing something (for example, telling you how the company makes money, or why a script is changing, etc.). It's extremely disorganized, especially during the pandemic.

-You are the lowest on the totem pole at the company, which means everything is pushed down on you. Your direct manager is under pressure from the top and their performance is based on yours so they will be on you constantly about breaks, lunch, calls, call times, you name it. They can listen to every call you make.

-The company acts like they're a "health care" company but they couldn't care less about the health of their employees. This has to be one of the least healthy jobs outside of hazardous professions. You sit all day doing nothing but talking. Outside of the lack of any physical movement it's mentally draining and as with all call centers there's a high rate of turnover and I would assume depression and anxiety.  

-You will be making 300-500+ calls a day without a second to breathe. As soon as you hang up one call another is coming in immediately. They have control over the speed of the "dialer" and that speed is constantly ramped up. If you're anything like me it'll drive you absolutely insane. You don't get a moment to relax. It's truly wealth over health at this company. 

This job is easy as far as the training and day-to-day. You'll memorize the script quickly and after that you'll survive if you just stick to the script. If you're used to a call center it may be OK for you. Personally, I despised it. I would spend all day watching the clock until it was over. If you're in a pinch or only care about a paycheck the money and bonus structure is not bad. Just be prepared to relish the weekends and hate Sunday nights knowing you have to do it all over again on Monday.

In the Chicagoland area. I have been in advanced practice nurse for over 10 years. I initially thought I could see 8- 9 patients easily but learned the hard why, that in an urban area , you might spend 4 hours in traffic per day between home visits, so its much wiser to plan for 6-7 patients to keep your sanity. There were days that seeing 9 patients would give me 8am-9pm days, due to traffic and distance between patients. The other problem is that you will be told that your patients will be scheduled in same area and/or you will have patients scheduled closer to home as the day progresses. This is absolutely not true. Sometimes patients are 30-45 miles away from each other and in chicago, this can be 90 minutes in traffic. It once took me 2 hours to get home from NW burbs 45 miles away. Sometimes you can call patients ahead of time and arrange your schedule with them to save time and distance, but patients are not always flexible, and because you are being paid per patient, you the provider, will need to be the most flexible, if you want to get paid! Some appointments can be done in 40 minutes, some will take 2 hours due to complex comorbidities and medical list that are 10 pages long!  The worst experience for me, is finding myself in a home with several locked doors behind me, alone with a male patient who is twice my size, who has a severe psychiatric dx and is on tons of antipsychotic medication. You will not have access to patients medical hx before the visit. These appts make me very nervous for my safety, and I do wish these appts were done in pairs. You will find yourself in homes of hoarders, see cockroaches, ants and fleas crawling around the home. Hardly worth $80 when you spend 2 hours in traffic and might bring home an infestation back to your home. I carry lice/bed bug spray to use in the car and over my work items/clothing. The other negative of the job, is driving an hour, only to have the patient no show, or being declined entrance because the patient abruptly changed their mind about the appt or forgot they had something else planned.  You only get paid if you see the patient, you do not get paid for mileage or travel time in between. You will be provided a rental car if you are available to see at least 5-6 patients per day/ 3 days or more per week. You will provided $40 per diem stipend for being available for at least 5 appts per day.  Sometimes when a question arises and you contact someone about it, they will pass the buck to another department, then this happens again when you follow up with the next point of contact, very frustrating when someone in end just points you in direction of your recruiter , who tells you to contact the first department you reached out to in the first place.
You will need to supply your own BP cuff, stethoscope, reflex hammer, etc. did not like part either. 
No one tells you that patient volume is very low during winter holidays, so much that I went from 2K per week, to $400 per week.
Was not prepared for that change in my financial situation especially during xmas.
Nice part of job, meeting some awesome patients that will invite you for tea or coffee, even make you breakfast at times. Not all patients are scary, and I have had several wonderful experiences in patients homes. You hear some interesting stories, meet patient's precious pets , children, even grandchildren!  And if you have a patient that cancels ahead of time, it gives you some free time to spend more time with patients that day, or give you a longer lunch break, you can also plan errands in between patients. You create you own schedules, they are done 1-2 months in advance , unfortunately the  schedule you submitted is often incorrect or not approved in the system.  There is a "physician support department", and they are very responsive to emails and phone calls, And they often correct the schedule in enough time that it doesn't affect patients too much. 
Another unfortunately item, they downgraded their scheduling software, it only allows you to see your patient schedule on the day before and the evaluations need more clarifications causing a delay in pay. This has been a major turn off for me, so much that I am looking for another job. 
I will end on a positive note, the recruiter that brought me into the position, is extremely responsive to emails, phone calls, even at odd hours, he is super friendly and personable. He made my onboarding process very smooth.  Training  materials easy to do online. So far only had one PAD training that was done in person. Equipment provided by the company, shipped arrived on time. the ipad provided for assessments is very user friendly and they have a mobile tech support department that is very responsive.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, most of my time consisted of making phone calls to Medicare Advantage members.  The purpose of the call was to "sell" members on having an optional, no-cost, in-home health assessment provided by their Medicare provider.  Most members have their own doctor(s), so this was quite a challenging feat sometimes.  
     I learned how to adapt my sales techniques to the individual members and how to maximize the number of appointments that I made.  During my time in this position, I trained approximately 40 Scheduling Coordinators and provided on the job coaching.  I also served as a mentor for 7 Scheduling Coordinators.    
     This position also entailed using geographic resources, such as MapQuest and Bing, to map the physicians' schedules as there needed to be ample time for the physicians to see all the scheduled members for the day.  There was also a need to determine which members to call based on where the doctor's starting location was going to be, the location of other members on the schedule for any given day, etc.  It was also imperative to coordinate with the logistics department in reference to any conflicts or issues that arose during the day with the doctors or Medicare members.  
     As a Director of Scheduling, there was much more variety within my work day.  I was assigned a team of 9 individuals that reported to me.  I was responsible for anything regarding ADP, such as Paid Time Off, Time Off requests, Hours Worked, etc.  There were many Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets that I was to refer to and enter in information on a daily basis.  I gained vast knowledge on Microsoft Office products during this time.  I was responsible for tracking the number of appointments made, appointments needed, and then placing doctors in areas accordingly.  This position entailed mapping the schedules for doctors, as well as rescheduling and scheduling members.  I held meetings with my team, both individually and as a group.  I worked closely with other departments, such as:  Quality Assurance, Client Services, Logistics, Recruiting, IT, and Human Resources.  I listened and reviewed phone calls for team members and gave feedback.  I was in charge of corrective action and tracking the progress of individuals on my team.  I had strict goals and procedures to adhere to, as well.    
     This was a competitive department with monetary awards given to top producers.  Most of my coworkers were sales-oriented individuals with a wide range of experience and various backgrounds.    
     The management made changes frequently.  I think that this was probably due to the fact that this was a growing company.  Over the years, I saw some definite favoritism and unfairness in how the employees were treated.  There was a lack of consistency in the ways in which rules were enforced.  I also feel like some of the pressure and demands put on the Scheduling Coordinators were unwarranted at times and somewhat unreasonable.  The hardest part of my job would have to have been trying to  accept these facts/situations as they arose.  
     The most enjoyable part of the job would have to be working with a great group of people.  The pay was also enjoyable, especially the generous bonus structure.

I enjoy this job very much. I am a NP and have been with the company almost a year. 

The Pros of the job are flexibility, good pay, being on the road and out of an office, making a difference in the lives of the members I see, and having an excellent technology platform that is quite intuitive. I am able to complete 90% of my HRE in the home before I leave. I schedule myself at 75 minute intervals (the provider gets to choose). I typically complete an assessment in 45 minutes, which gives me 30 minutes to make it the next appt. I never schedule a lunch break, but may do so if I choose. I pack snacks for the road, and carry a cooler in the warmer months. I love the people that I see, and 90% of the time, I feel as if I have been useful to them. It takes 15 minutes to call the night before, or I will call in between appts on the day of the visit. Yes, sometimes I have to drive greater than 30 minutes to the next appt, and have learned  to make up time. Sometimes, due to logistics, I have to tailor the assessment to the time I have, and manage to capture most of the data the platform calls for. It is not a perfect system, but neither is working in an office, where you can see upwards of 6 patients an hour. It is the nature of the healthcare machine. As Signify Providers, we are contracted and get no benefits. I feel I am somewhat fairly compensated to make my own benefit package, which I have done. I have taken lots of time off this year, as I wish, which is fantastic, and am still bringing home > 100k. I am pleased with this result. The $40/day that we receive as a stipend, more than covers gas and meals. We are provided a rental car. We are not paid mileage, but instead receive the rental car, and the daily stipend. I will have a ton of tax deductions this year as a 1099. I am pleased with the company, and plan to continue working with them. 
 
Cons- The traveling does get tiring. Some weeks I am away from home every day, and in a nice hotel. Some weeks I am able to make it home in the evening. Busting it to get to the next appt can be stressful, but only as much as I let it be stressful. I use my phone, talk to the members, and do what I can. Yes, I have no-shows, but it all averages out. I look at how much I average in a week. I would guess my no-show at about 15%. I see this as an advantage, because it gives  me time to take a breath, and take care of myself. I have had time to find places to hike during an unanticipated break! We see members in their homes, and some of the homes are in incredibly impoverished areas, and are in a state of disrepair and uncleanliness like I have never seen. I have gotten bug bites,  a minor dog bite, and sneezed my way through a visit, due to the filth in the home. I've had to leave some visits early due to a sense of feeling unsafe. But this is Home Health!!  I would not change a thing. The members are human beings, and they deserve the dignity of a provider who can enter into their  mess to bring healthcare into the home. Finding a place to use the toilet is probably the most stressful situation... lol! Thank goodness for QT, Sheetz, Sphinx, and other establishments that cater to the mobile crowd!

I've worked at signify for going on over 4 months on a part time basis as a physician assistant.
The good about this job is that it's fairly flexible and the pay is decent. It's also served as a good stepping stone as far as "patient" interaction and basic experience in order to get my foot in the door for a full time position somewhere else. 
Additionally this job is pretty easy and most visits are fairly straightforward with an occasional few curve balls. 
The bad: The scheduling can be very hit or miss. Sometimes I have a full day and my schedule is laid out really well. Other times I have to completely rearrange my day because they just stuck people wherever they could fit them in my availability. 
Some days lately I have been scheduled one person who lives an hour away from me which is really frustrating. The scheduling also takes no time to consider the drive time in between members so that can get stressful trying to figure out those logistics. 
I'm not sure how it is for others but my recruiter has also made my job more frustrating regarding getting me scheduled and making changes to my availability. 
Prior to telling him I was leaving in the near future for a new job he had no issue updating my availability if I could work more days on a fairly short notice. Now I have to badger and even call network relations to tell them he's not even trying to submit any updates to my availability through to scheduling. 
It honestly feels like this dude has been playing games with me and it's annoying this the primary person who dictates when I work or if I work if he feels like doing his job. 
I emailed him twice about working a day at the end of this month (July) and he never responded to it until I texted him about it to which he just said it was too late. 
He also asks for your availability over a month in advance like I'm supposed to know my full July availability at the end of May but then when changes need to be made or days removed he states that visits scheduled need to be maintained so basically if you don't submit availability soon enough you get shafted out of days but if you do it when he wants and need to change you get flack for doing so. 
Aside from the scheduling ridiculousness and having a recruiter like mine it's not a bad job and there are a lot kind people that's I've met during this time that have been wonderful. The people I see are usually the best part of the job barring a couple of smelly apartments or unhappy people I've encountered. 

As a Nurse Practitioner serving in a full time capacity, this job offers no benefits, treats the contracted provider with no respect or common courtesy,  and scheduling is terrible. When patients aren’t home because the appointment reminder call was never done by the schedulers, I’m not reimbursed for my time, mileage, or efforts. Appointments are made every 60 mins and drive time is never factored in. It’s impossible to see a patient in 30 mins and then drive another 30 minutes to the next patient. All day you are apologizing for running behind.  Schedulers must not know how to look at a map either, because I constantly drive to one area, then 30 mins to another area, only to return to the first area for the third visit. It is ridiculous how much of my time is wasted by the schedulers. The managers will not provide adequate notice when you are working outside of your 75 mile radius work area. I have been told, without even a 24 hr notice, that I was moved to a work area 3 hours from my home and if I didn’t travel then there would be no further work for me. During times of low appointments, such as the holidays, they will schedule you to travel and see only 1 or 2 patients. I honestly was expected to travel 2.5 hours to perform one patient assessment. Who would honestly want to spend 5 hours driving and only get paid $80 for that one assessment?? During the initial days of this Covid 19 Pandemic, the provider’s scheduled visits were cancelled without notification. I was staying in a hotel, called to verify all my appointments the night before, and then woke up to discover that all my patients had been cancelled. No one even called me, and I was staying away from my family. Management has lied to me for almost 6 weeks now telling me I could work from home and they cancelled all the telephone appointments as well. Now they plan to begin video/virtual appointments at 75% of our original payment ($60), while the insurance companies are reimbursing at 100% for virtual. This is why the telephonic visits were cancelled because they are not reimbursed fully. I have spent countless hours doing training and they will not pay the providers for the time spent on Training modules. This company obviously does not value its educated health providers, and we are the ones that do all the work. I am actively seeking new employment.

I waited for a good while before writing this review to allow Signify to get it together and improve after the merger. This position is only reasonable for a new NP needing the experience to add to resume in order to obtain a real NP job. For that I am thankful. 
The NP position could be so much better if scheduling gave two cents about what they are doing. As many of the other reviews state, members are scheduled 45 minutes apart with only a 15 min drive time permitted between patients on the schedule. Many times I have to cancel because the drive time is not doable unless you want to be late to all your appts the rest of the day. Incorrect addresses have somewhat decreased (but still occur all too often) such as the street number - but apartment numbers are continually missing and appointments are missed if the member does not answer the phone and provide an apt number. 
Schedules are not finalized until 6 pm the day prior (also, you cannot see your schedule until the day prior) so calling members to rearrange schedule is nearly impossible. Some members have been scheduled two weeks prior and some are scheduled the day before. Many members have already arranged their day/time for the scheduled time and do not want to change at the last minute. If I am scheduled 6 member in a day I will be lucky if I can see 4 due to incorrect information or member not being at home (providers are not compensated for no shows even though providers are tracked on tablet and company can tell where and when a provider is - so If Signify knows that a provider is at a home and was not able to see a member - some compensation is warranted.) Many days I am scheduled three to four members only and out of the three or four there are sure to be at least one cancellation or no show. 
Overall I would not recommended Signify to any provider unless you are a NP and are desperate for the experience. I can say for sure that the experience with Signify has allowed me to gain employment with a very well known House Calls agency. However, if I had to do it all over again I would not work for Signify and would attempt to gain this type of employment with a like company with a better culture.

Where do I start! Was told they'd keep me close to home, but...that was a lie. Then promised that they'd get me closer to home, every month, and... that was a lie. I would get to the hotel and it wouldn't be paid for, so I'd have to put the money up until they paid it. They would put me in the wrong area, where I was driving 1-2 hours to my appointments from my hotel, because, evidently, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, and I didn't know any better because I was new to the state. The scheduling is horrible. You do not find out what your schedule is until the day before, no matter what, and they are supposed to give you 15 minutes to travel between patients, but sometimes the travel time is 30-60 minutes, then you will come right back to the house right next door to where you just were!  This does NOT set you up for success and you end up having to cancel, which truly only affects you, because if you don't see the patient, you don't get paid. When I complained about it, they told me that I was expected to call all my patients the night before and reschedule so that they would be in driving order.... This worked much better, IF the patient would reschedule/answer their phone. Not to mention it added at least 2-3 hours, at least, to my already long, frustrating day, to try to map everything out and call everyone. And that's if the address was even correct! 
If the patient's address wouldn't come up on GPS, they weren't allowed to use it, so they would put a different address, which was NOT helpful! Also, they had me in backwoods places where GPS (which they wouldn't pay for in the rental car) and my phone (which I was expected to use to call patients to tell them I was on my way) didn't have a signal, so I drove around lost half the time. And let's talk about Physician Services. They were awful. Evidently, they were supposed to be giving me a 'play by play' on how to get to a place I couldn't find. That NEVER happened AND they were rude, like it was my fault the address was incorrect! So, all in all, I really wasn't making very good money, all things considered, and it was by far the most frustrating job i've ever had. BEWARE!
