After a year of working with Silverpoint and the communities. It shows that leadership has a clear vision on making connections, engaging the resident and team, and trusting the team to do what they do best, Care. They treat everyone with dignity, respect and autonomy. The residents are are family and the team members are extensions of the residents family. 

As with most transitions in management companies, change is difficult for some. Through out the transition, leadership has done everything they could to benefit the residents experience.  It is a company that really Cares  inside and outside of the community. 

Everyone is so mean when i worked there and unfair. Hr was by far the worst and extremely sketchy and rude. I’ve met some so evil. I was never heard always overshadowed by workers who were older than me against my word. By far the worst job i’ve ever had so mentally draining. I would never ever recommend even my worst enemy to work in such toxic and vile work environment. The 11 months i was there was the worst period of my life. 

They put a lot of pressure on only a few of their employees and let others slack big time. They don’t hold the same standards for everyone the same and it’s very unfair of them. I used to enjoy going to work there but that changed fairly quickly. 

One star because it’s a nice facility. Other than that, I was micromanaged by the executive Director. There were way too many clicks with management. I was expected to facilitate activities for independent living, assisted-living and memory care. I had no assistant. Felt like I had no support system either. And then in the evening, I was expected to stay over for an hour to be the evening receptionist. If you want to be overworked, then this is the place for you.

 Under appreciated.
Wellness managers do not help on the floor.
Say things will change but they don't. 
Not enough floor staff to take good care of residents. 
Some med techs extremely rude. 
Good teamwork on 1st shift. 



SilverPoint Senior Living is a compassionate company to work for. Lots of growth opportunities and company is growing year over year.  I've worked in corporate environments and I'd pick SilverPoint every day hands down.  The company has great leadership from the senior level down.

It’s all about who you know, and finding the right people who care. there is room to grow but heart breaking when you are off or when you are working with people who don’t have the same heart or compassion. Secondly they over work and treat you like dirt when you can’t work when needed, sick, or most times you work without break because of lack of help.

Silver Point is fairly new to our facility but have been great. We see the management team regularly. They are easy to reach, doing alot of training with our directors. Time will tell but it looks good so far.

Full of favoritism and will demote and or terminate you per he said she said excuse
No promotion available after hire
Management is on their own team vs the entire team that works directly with residents
Waste of time

If you like being a puppet to like six different people not including the residence, this is the best place if not, don't waste your time. Management is very catty & clicky.
