I recently just left after being remote with them for almost 4 years. They are a really great company with some really amazing people. They care about their flaws and are always trying to be better. They provide a great work/life balance, have flexibility like no other & their HR team is phenomenal. I loved my job with this company. Management cares about their employees and I always felt comfortable contacting them directly. They also offer great benefits and the time off package is wonderful. Their biggest downfall is the lack of opportunities for advancement and career growth. However, this is a major part of their restructuring and I do believe they are working on creating more opportunities and visibility throughout the company. 

High unattainable standards/ expectations. They almost want you to be robotic and never make mistakes. If you make a mistake you’re made to feel really horrible. You’re thrown in to a project and expected to be an expert with little to no guidance. No one wants to be here and most people are probably interviewing with other companies waiting to leave. No opportunity for advancement. The high ups will hold you back in your career advancement which hinders your ability to make more money  down the line. Please do not work here !!!!!! 

They will pile project after project on your plate and expect you to complete everything with no support or resources. I’d you are a caregiver you have no choice but to quit. If you have to take time off to care for a sick child they still expect you to work 60+ hours a week. And when you try to establish healthy boundaries they make your like stressful.

Juggle too many tasks due to lack of coverage or from others lack of knowledge

This company hires recruiting teams on 100% commission with the promise of paid salary if you work hard. I worked 50 hours a week the first two months and made nothing but contest bonuses totally $1300! Then they punish you for not working harder. I had to get another job to support this volunteer job and then they got mad at me...with nasty emails about why I wasn't working harder...for nothing? How legal is this? 

Company had excellent onboarding and training after hired. Administrative staff are helpful and pleasant. Weekly goals are within reach. Con-insurance portals may not be available so can experience long hold times for claim follow up.  

Work completely remote, but have access to team and information at all times.  have a job to do and are permitted and encouraged to do your best.  Support is always available and everyone works as a team to help the company and the business we work for succeed. - Management is always available with answers and help.

Unless you're a family member, forget about advancing. The unlimited PTO is nice, but the work environment is brutal: a lot of meetings, political atmosphere, unclear communications. If you're someone with a niche practice area, you'll do okay, but otherwise it's tough.

If you are doing something incorrectly, they just let you go until its too late to correct. The resources are there, but it doesn't help if no one tells you. So your lead will not support you because it was their job to make you were doing what you were supposed to be doing. The benefits SUCK!!!

They fire hard workers and allow under performers to stay. I was so excited to start working here but quickly realized most work was being sent overseas, making advancing within the restructuring impossible!
