Not everyone in this company is treated equally. They do not care about your opinion. This office is a mess. They change paralegals faster then anything. There is a reason why legal assistants/paralegals do not stay very long. The harder you work, the more they take advantage of you. They love to micromanage you like if you were a 6 year old child and think that monitoring productivity using their legal software is an adequate way to determine if an employee is spending their time working (which is beyond unrealistic because most of the time you are drafting paperwork or doing things that can’t be logged). You would think that because of  Covid-19 they have precautions but no, no one is allowed to work remotely (unless your are friends with management) , despite everyone's ability to perform their jobs at home. Management does not about keep their employees safe during this time, and when employees express their concerns, they are told to stop complaining and told that it isn’t even a big deal. Most of the attorneys don’t even wore face mask. They also were doing construction on the office and employees are literally working right next to it and having to deal with the noise/workers/lack and dust. Benefits are definitely not worth it, either. The Pay is a joke, they pay the people with connections to the attorneys a lot more then anyone else and there is no real room for growth.

I have worked at SSS for 3 years. In that time, I have grown as an attorney. I have had the opportunity to be autonomous and receive help from those senior to me when asked. The work life balance is something I truly appreciate. I enjoy all of my colleagues and find the partners to be extremely fair, friendly, bright, and experienced. I recommend SSS to anyone looking for a face paced environment, who are eager to learn and grow.   

I have worked at SSS for over 3 years and the firm is growing rapidly. The cases we work on are interesting and challenging. I am proud of the help I am able to offer someone in their time of legal need. The partners are fair and the management is helpful and friendly. The team of attorneys and staff are bright. I have learned a lot at SSS. 

Horrible place to work. They treat anyone who is NOT an attorney or management like garbage.
Paralegals are overworked and don't get paid for the work. If you go the bathroom or have lunch with colleagues it is also an issue and they will separate everyone's lunch break because they think your talking about them. Covid procedures are a joke considering everyone has the ability to work from home.

Horrible place to work. Was there for over a year and the management is incredibly disrespectful to anyone who's not an attorney. To them, you are easily replaceable. The pay is horrific the bonuses/raises are terrible. They could care less about their employees and only worry about making money. Save yourself the stress.

Being a part of the growth of this firm for the last 4.5 years has been great. The partners, management and senior staff are approachable and helpful in any situation. 

I was a paralegal at SSS and there’s a lot of micromanaging there. They’re not understanding when it comes to taking time off for personal reasons and they will not work with you if you’re a college student that needs to leave early here and there. Very unfair treatment and they go through paralegals often. 

Beware!!! The people that work here are lovely but the clients are atrocious criminals, they verbally abuse and threaten the staff!!! Completely disorganized and no communication of pertinent work related changes! You will leave here feeling berated and beaten down…. Highly advise against working for this firm!!!

Some of the people are great. It’s a chill environment. However, their attorneys/partners have favorites. You’re just a number to the company, which is somewhat understandable at a big firm. Not a place to grow in my opinion.

You will encounter the worst of humanity working here. The people are of deplorable character. You will be exposed to utter disrespect and cruelty. Do not work here if you have any self-respect or dignity whatsoever. You can do better.
