Pros: Decent pay, remote, benefits are okay, reasonably challenging, somewhat organized 

Cons: Unethical practices that are unfortunately all too common nowadays in corporate land. They rebranded into a tech company to keep up with the age of AI. Survived several layoffs to the point people weren't sure if they'd be next. It really decreases morale especially when great individuals are removed.

Overall, I give 3 stars because you have the ability to work from home and pay is nice especially during inflation. Gained a lot of experience and the benefits were nice for the most part. You'll do well if you don't mind a fast paced work environment. However, that comes with nepotism , a specific work culture, annoying management, and mental capacity. I could only take so much of it until I was drained/burnt out from what is expected when, from how their business model is set, doesn't even guarantee job security. CEO was transparent to an extent on why changes occur it's just unfortunate the way it affects employees.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good team. Some issues with credentialing and job security. Communicating takes a second but eventually your issues usually get resolved.  The staff are nice.  Like all places there are pros and cons.  The biggest thing would be shift availability and then working them because the company's can cancel basically any time. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not knowing if your shift will be canceled or when one will post or if you will see it in time to take it. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awesome understanding and at least my recruiter listens to my concerns. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I always check two hours before my shift starts because companies can cancel. But I take the shift. I like the ability to go experience multiple locations.

Working for Snapnurse has increased my income significantly I am able to travel to different places to help during crisis with covid 19 and after for different contracts nursing strikes low staffing and much more they pay is great and never had an issue they pay you hourly and paid weekly pay! They also provide housing and daily or weekly stipends depending on your contract! And their always available to answer all your questions, oh yea and they offer Instapay so if u need part of your pay you can cash out daily or wait to get paid weekly on fridays!

Great company benefits, best pay I’ve ever gotten.
There were times that many individuals did not receive their stipends on time. You have to use some of your own money for deposits and to hold the room and for rental cars. They don’t really stick to their contracts often. Snap changes their rules at the last minute and the whole company stopped receiving their stipends. They get it in a pay Check but they have yet to show that. Many different changes in staff, very unorganized, very new company for contract positions. Great recruiters LOVE ALL MY RECRUITERS.. makes up for unorganization.. hard to find a better company even with its flaws 

I took an assignment through SnapNurse. It paid great. They told me it came with all the perks. My experience with the facility I worked at was great SnapNurse was horrible. You can never get ahold of your recruiter or anyone at support for help. Pay is late. Contracts are late. They just take their money and leave you hanging. Told me I would be paid mileage for my 102 miles each way daily and kept denying my submissions. Kept reassuring me I would get paid and they were ironing it out. Two days before my contract ended they said sorry, you don’t get mileage. I she worked with other companies and never had any of these issues. 

Never any notice for changes coming down the pipeline. Hardly any PTO. No ability to change job hours- might as well be in an office. No one knows anything when you have questions. No policies are available to view. Added responsibilities without checking compensation. Life/work balance is a joke. And you can’t have overtime, but you have to be available and have hours available in case you are needed. 

Love Snap Nurse! Thank you for my first opportunity at travel nursing. We are all grateful for the company staging us, providing our hotel stay, and providing transportation to and from our job site. This relives a huge amount of stress. I could relax and focus on being well rested and happy at my job.

My contract through Snap Care was at school.  Great assignment. I would love to extend even longer

Smooth, routine administration of medication, counseling with students, encouraging staff and students as well as bandaging minor cuts and scratches, etc

SnapNurse has yet to pay me hours worked on my last 2 days. I have been given the run around by the company when I reach out to them. They took me out of the system prematurely and I was not able to upload my timecards. Even after reaching outbro multiple people and my recruiter, I still have not received my correct compensation. 
 I worked a mobile vaccine clinic that was very unorganized. They had staff there to work but did not have a location for them to work. Staff book rooms in one location only to be told they would be hours away from it.

The best part of working with them is the daily pay feature.
