Sochi Is a wonderful employer where I feel appreciated and supported.  Pay is weekly with management willing to assist in finding just the right assignments that suit my schedule.  The management consists of three kind, honest, hardworking ladies who  understand we all face personal challenges.  Several times I accepted positions that didn’t work out and Sochi didn’t hold it against me at all.   So far as pay, I’m satisfied with the amount and I earn PTO.  The most important thing to me is I work for an agency that cares about the employees, is available when I need assistance and really functions as a team to make sure clients and staff are happy.

Sochi Home Health Agency provides skilled (RN, LPN) and unskilled (STNA, CNA, HHA) care to patients in the Miami Valley. Management truly cares about the employees. It’s a positive, family-oriented work environment that focuses on helping people. The company offers flexible schedules and provides work-life balance. However, the company lacks the salary and benefits packages offered by larger organizations.

Professional agency with management team that cares about employees as individuals.  Flexible scheduling with paid time off.  I travel out of state frequently due to family obligations with Sochi welcoming me back time and again without complaint.  The best home health agency I’ve worked with in my over 20 year career.

The work-life balance is the best benefit. They are flexible if you need a day off for any reason, as long as ample notice is given. Management actually cares about the employees. Everyone gets along really well and works together as a team. It's like working with family.
