Worked here for a while as a installer/tech. Pay was stiffed by management by saying "Well you don't have experience" after seeing that i have over 4-5 years worth of experience. During my time there, I encountered multiple time that the company hired people with no experience in management roles. This goes all the way up to the top. I was yelled and taken advantage of. HR is not real here and outsourced to a different company. Any time you speak your mind about flaws in the system you just get pushed away and out of the company. They do not care about there employees and rather the people already there are trying to get you out one way or the other when they see you don't fit in to the company. Operations Manager will just yell at you for not listening to them all the time and demands that they have respect even though they do not show respect and treat people like trash in front of them and acts nice when they do it.  

Company works really hard to provide great installation and support experience for our residential and commercial solar pv and storage customers and salespeople.  I always feel confident representing the strong company profile, customer service and installation quality experience to all prospects with whom I meet and consult.
Sales management provides strong support to make sure our knowledge and confidence level stays high for the products and service we offer.

I moved to the bay area and hit the streets looking for a job. I was lucky enough to get an interview with Solar Technologies. The company is perfectly sized in my opinion and everyone really enjoys working together. Each year we do something different and exciting for our holiday party. Its a great time to get everyone together, earn some prizes and have a great time. The company takes great pride in their reputation and goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. I would highly recommend this job to anyone in the area.

I've worked at Solar Technologies for more than 5 years and love my colleagues, the company, the culture and the mission that we're all on to switch customers over to renewable energy. It's a fast paced environment with a continuous stream of customers that keeps us busy but the team works hard to deliver on expectations and deliver best-in-class solar systems.

Solar Technologies is fast becoming one of the largest commercial and residential solar installers in the bay area, yet still maintains the collaborative feel and tight-knit culture of a small shop. Most employees wear several hats and while often challenging, hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Busy day, fun and interactive. I learned how to manage a crew of people. My managers a open to any questions. My work place is multi cultured. The hardest part of my job is keeping track the of information. Most enjoyable part of my job is working doing the work I do and staff members.

This is a great place to work with a solid team of well trained employees working hard to deliver high quality solar systems to high end homes and commercial businesses and non-profits. Really great shop.
