What is the best part of working at the company?
Due the contract I have flexibility. Schedule was Thursdays to Saturdays overnight and every other Wednesdays.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I did not see have any stress related to working there. My recruiter was very responsive.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Well I work  for the HERRC program. Multiple cultures and nationalities.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Responding to the needs of the guests and staffers.

When I signed up for this company I wasn't aware that working 40 hours isn’t overtime. EXAMPLE : 40.5 - (0.5 is overtime) Mind you, 
they won’t let you work more than four shifts. Unless a manager from a site ask for you. Or else you’ve exceeded the limit of overtime. So I’m highly confused , if you’re an adult that needs money I would not dare sign up for this company. You would NOT make no more than $500 

They always seem to have hours and you can pick when you want to work when. They also offer a 401k after a year of being there which is surprising being that soloh is a temp agency but also pretty awesome even though the company won't match it. Temp to perm is a real possibility depending on what site you at. I would say the one downfall is that if you aren't feeling a assignment you are stuck with it untill they find a replacement.

Great place to start off in the human service field... I also love the fact that this company is ran by women which is amazing!!!! The benefits package is okay it could be a little better. There are always shifts available which is a plus...I definitely  recommend  this job to any one wanting to start off in the social service field.

Soloh Partners Inc. is a good stepping stone towards progress in a career. I was treated fairly and they got me employed faster than expected working over night at a residential transitional shelter as a wellness coach. Learning the job was easy but difficult to get accustomed to the night hours..

I don't recommend it to anyone. Worst experience ever. They cancel their shifts without any reason. First, they said it's confirmed and when you go to specific location they said we don't see your name in here go back. Sometimes they don't open the door for you.

The job itself is great, you can take a bunch of shifts and they work according to your schedule.... not that easy to get in contact with management. Some houses are a little more challenging then others.... overall good job

Not sure how this company got any reviews but during my recruitment the recruiters had the potential employees do orientation that was not paid, had all of us there for quite some hours and then never offered us any jobs. 
The orientation was unprofessional, and inappropriate language was used.

One of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure to work with. A woman owned and run company. They really care about how you are performing in your job and offer wonderful support.

Employees of Soloh code what days and hours to work. Very flexible schedule, I worked 3 days a week. Some 5 days a week. You get to choose which location you want to work. Always shifts available.
