Lots of red flags. Patient care is at the bottom of priorities even though they are the life of the practice. A lot of buyouts and or mergers which tends to be a sign of financial trouble.  VERY HIGH TURNOVER. A lot of dentist leave immediately after their contract expires or they break their contract. Hygiene is even worse. Company doesn't confirm that Dentists are credentialed with insurance before seeing patients.  Subsequently they write off months of production and then aggressively text your personal number and send emails for you to sell products to compensate for their poor management and financial deficits.  Patients express anger and frustration related to turnover and being sent to collections due to insurance denying the claims that came from lack of credentialing. Subsequently,  a lot of patients transfer to other offices , further hurting production goals...Company cuts hours and or send you to other offices out of your way.  No training program in place for various roles. No cohesiveness to how things are done.  

My time here felt like joining a fire already in progress. On day one I was told to find stakeholders and documentation myself, then deliver immediately without a learning plan. Sprints were a slogan, not a practice; priorities reset mid week and work was often discarded when goals moved. Questions for clarity were read as resistance, which kept collaboration brittle and teams siloed. Ownership was ambiguous, so accountability flowed downward while decisions stayed top down. Turnover was visible enough to disrupt handoffs and erase institutional knowledge. Meetings focused on who to blame, not how to fix the process, and there was little appetite for roadmaps, clear owners, definitions of done, or transparent metrics. If you need structure, psychological safety, and a stable backlog to do your best work, my experience says you will not find it here.

They have unrealistic expectations for ALL their staff and they expect 1 person to carry the weight and responsibility for 3 people. That applies for everyone employed receptionists to dentists. The more you give the more they demand. Due to the stressful  working conditions there is a hostile working environment. Senior staff is underpaid and not valued enough. They look for every opportunity to pay people less. This is just western dental renamed. Same poor service and poorly managed dental business. The only good thing about this business is the relationships you establish with coworkers. Besides that the pay is poor and the training is very poor. Expect to be harassed by the regional manager if you work over time. 

During the interview, I was misled about key aspects of the job, only to discover the reality was completely different. The staff turnover is alarmingly high, which speaks volumes about the toxic environment. Management shows no regard for employee concerns and only pays attention when issues spiral out of control. Patients aren’t given the care they deserve, and the staff is constantly ignored and unsupported. I cannot recommend this place to anyone—whether you’re a prospective employee or patient.

Company does everything in its power to prevent you from accelerating and producing growth. Very minimal attention to general with hands-off, uncoordinated workflow and production. Admin constantly stress their goals and flex their authority with no reciprocation. Admin absolutely fail to communicate and corporation is overall bloated, flaunting their titles while hosting meetings 24/7, leading the regional offices nowhere. Stay away. 

They are a horrible company. I left there after being with dental works company of almost 9 years. They made it like every office you would work at you would get a paycheck for and they don't take out federal taxes. Terrible communication to everyone. And they don't care about their employees at all. They took away what my pto should have been and any brand new employee would make the same amount of pto as me. Stay away from that company you will hate it.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Worse company I ever worked for. Not family oriented. Empty/broken promises. Play favoritism. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The constant demand to sell treatment to produce. Even if patients don’t need treatment they want you to sell as if they do. Unethical!!!


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Felt like I was in high school all over again

You will not get a raise, you will not progress, you will not get trained properly, you will not feel included in the space, you will not enjoy your work day. The best time of the day is leaving, and being able to work around kids, because I love kids. 

Merged with Brident. Awful Management with little to no training. Outsourced call center that makes scheduling so much harder than it needs to be, and ticketing system that makes handling customer complaints impossible. 

Very good place to work and friendly team . Management is helpful everytime. Docror and staffs are attentive and think about patients. Very thorough with Treatment plan
